Ambrose would get into a war of words with Jax and Tamina during an episode of Raw. The segment ended with Nia getting the better of him before throwing him outside of the ring. Ambrose felt WWE was trying to intentionally embarrass him since he revealed he was not re-signing with the company when his contract ended.

Jericho hated the segments that added comedy with Dean’s potted plant named Mitch. The match was meant to create violence with the stipulation featuring a steel cage with weapons.

Revolution 2021 had the highest PPV gate for any non-WWE PPV since 1999. Moxley and Omega had a great match until the horrible ending ruined all momentum. The ring was supposed to explode with Moxley inside and Eddie Kingston coming out to protect him. A few small lights went off as both men laid in the ring in embarrassment trying to sell what ended up being a huge botch.

Dean Ambrose turning heel towards the end of his WWE run should have been a huge success. The early years of Ambrose showed flashes of brilliance from the heel side of things, but he primarily played a face from the end of The Shield to the first few years of his WWE singles run.

Ambrose turned heel by attacking his tag team partner Seth Rollins on the night Roman Reigns announced his cancer battle. The following weeks of promos would see Ambrose cutting embarrassing promos, including one mocking Roman’s cancer. Ambrose revealed he despised this and it played a huge role in him wanting out of WWE.
