It's been over six months now since Jon Moxley debuted with AEW, and the former WWE superstar hasn't held back in ranting against his former employer.

Moxley (known as Dean Ambrose in WWE) and Chris Jericho, another former WWE Champion and main event star, have called out WWE and its current product numerous times since the start of the Wednesday Night War. Moxley especially has taken aim at Vince McMahon and the WWE creative team.

This time, Moxley went on quite the rant against WWE for booking him so poorly to the point that he had to leave the company - even though they were offering him large sums of Monday.

Moxley also couldn't believe how poorly WWE handled the entire situation. The rant took place during an interview with Chris Van Vliet (transcriptions via Ringside News). Here's what he had to say:

"Once I decided I was going to leave I wasn’t happy about it for a while. I was pretty pissed about it. I was like ‘are they really gonna make me leave?’ Are they that — they’re gonna make me leave, aren’t they? They’re gonna (expletive) everything up so bad because I wanted that (expletive) money. You know, it’s not that I don’t like money.

I like to put it in the bank and look at it, you know? I was like ‘I can’t believe they’re gonna make me walk away from all this money. Can’t you write one good (expletive) storyline? One little thing?'"

"I’ve talked about it ad nauseam, but it just got to the point like the stuff I described in the Jericho interview like ‘oh now you’ll come out in a Hazmat suit’ I was like ‘This can’t be real! Am I on some reality show? Is this the new WWE Network reality show? Is Vince actually saying these words? Does he actually run a billion dollar company?! This is a joke!'"

Prior to his WWE departure, it was reported that Moxley had received a $6 million annual pay from AEW. WWE had reportedly offered him a five-year pact worth seven figures per year, which Moxley opted to turn down.

After debuting for AEW, Moxley appeared on the Talk Is Jericho podcast and said that he wanted to show the world about how WWE's "creative process sucks...Vince's way sucks." Moxley also suggested that the chairman should listen to ideas from others for once.

Losing Moxley was obviously quite the blow for WWE, especially after he opted to sign with the new rival company. But it's always been a "next man up" in WWE, and Vince has had no choice but to move forward without one of the former Shield members.

Moxley Did What Was Best For Him

Nobody can blame Moxley for turning down a huge payday from WWE, especially seeing how much he's succeeding in AEW. Moxley wanted to do what was best for him, and what brought him the most happiness. It got to a point where he just couldn't do it in WWE anymore, and you have to give him credit for following the bigger opportunities instead of the giant payday from Vince and company.
