There's a photo doing the rounds depicting what is apparently WWE's early plans for the WrestleMania 36 card, but we're not so sure.

Rumor has it that Vince McMahon has a vision for what he wants the WrestleMania card to look like a year ahead of time. Considering some of the storylines and WrestleMania matches WWE has given us in the past, that can be hard to believe. Credit where it's due to the boss, however, a lot can change over the course of year, most of which will be completely out of his control.

What we didn't realize is that once WrestleMania is only a few months away, someone at WWE HQ types up the card "as it stands" if you will. That was demonstrated by CM Punk recently who posted a photo of what the plans for WrestleMania XXX were before he walked out on the company. Randy Orton versus Batista was the proposed main event, and Punk was penciled in to face Triple H.

There's now a very similar photo doing the round online except this time, the card in question is for WrestleMania 36 which is now less than three months away. The main event has Brock Lesnar defending the WWE Title against Tyson Fury, with Bray Wyatt squaring off against both Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan for the Universal Championship.

There are a few things about this supposed card that make us suspicious regarding its legitimacy. First of all, Florida is spelled wrong beneath the WrestleMania logo, as you can see above. There's also a match listed as "hardcore", a term WWE hasn't used for well over a decade. Last but not least, Bobby Lashley's name has been shortened to "Lash". Maybe that's something WWE does, but we doubt it.

Aside from the spelling and grammar, the main reason we're dubious as to whether the card above is real is it doesn't really further many angles between now and April. It looks more like the sort of card WWE would put together if WrestleMania was taking place a month from now. We suspect the card might be similar to the one above, but the chances of it being identical are pretty slim.
