Triple H explained why he didn't want Mark Jindrak in Evolution, and Jindrak has seen and responded to the comments admitting it's nice to finally have closure.

Although Ric Flair and Triple H enjoyed the majority of their success as singles stars, both of them are synonymous with two different factions too. Flair with The Four Horseman, and Triple H with D-Generation X. However, it could be argued that the best work either of them ever did with a faction was the one they built together.

Along with Randy Orton and Batista, Flair and Triple H made up Evolution. The creation and well, evolution of Evolution was covered in great detail during the latest episode of Ruthless Aggression on the WWE Network. Despite WWE's apparent willingness to rewrite history during other episodes of the show thus far, Triple H spoke at length about Mark Jindrak potentially replacing Batista in the group.

WWE went as far as shooting vignettes that included Jindrak, something The Game admits he didn't want to do. The COO even went to Vince McMahon to tell the boss Jindrak wasn't a good fit for the group. Although Jindrak is a part of the documentary, it seems as if he wasn't privy to what Triple H said during it. The former WWE Superstar has responded to The Game's comments since the show aired.

"I understand why he didn’t want me in the group. But it won’t stop me from challenging him at Wrestlemania," Jindrak tweeted, admitting that it's nice to finally have closure after all this time. As for a match between him and The Game at WrestleMania, that seems unlikely. Jindrak might have matured since his short stay in Evolution but if Triple H didn't want to be involved with him then, he definitely won't have any interest now.

Aside from the fact he's married to Stephanie McMahon, we often wonder how Triple H managed to cement his spot as Vince's right-hand man. It might well have been decisions like this one that helped The Game's progression. Waiting for Batista rather than using Jindrak was clearly the right choice. However, if Mr. McMahon had his way, that might never have happened.
