McMahon Changed Original Lesnar vs. Undertaker Plans

If you though that after The Undertaker's victory at SummerSlam that the 3rd leg in the Lesnar/Undertaker feud would be settled at WrestleMania 32, well you wouldn't have been the only one. In fact, the original plan within the organization was to have that match as the co-main event at WM32.

But, as Dave Meltzer is reporting, for some reason Vince McMahon changed his mind and decided to - as we all now know - have them do battle at the Hell in a Cell PPV in October.

There has been much speculation as to why the change of plans. And while some are saying that the Hell in a Cell cage is the perfect place for these two giants to finish things, others are suggesting that the drop-off in WWE Network subscriptions and the lower RAW ratings since the return of football as possible factors.

In the end though, does it really matter why? All that matter is that we aren't going to have to wait months and months for a resolution. Now, it is just 30 days away!
