The Million Dollar Corporation was among the most underrated WWE factions of the ‘90s. Ted DiBiase was forced to retire from the ring due to injuries, but WWE still wanted to make use of his strong heel persona. Various wrestlers joined his faction with hopes of becoming the top heel act in WWE based on the talent involved and having a strong leader.

DiBiase typically cut the promos for his wrestlers and even convinced a few fan favorites to turn heel for the money. The Million Dollar Corporation had many ups and downs. Some talents were great fits and contributed to the group’s success. Others struggled to find success and took away from the faction. Without further ado, let's find out which names stand out as the five best and five worst members of the Million Dollar Corporation.

10 Best: I.R.S.

IRS

The tag team of Ted DiBiase and I.R.S. as Money Inc. found success together before DiBiase’s retirement. It set up the relationship for I.R.S. to have a spot in The Million Dollar Corporation when formed.

I.R.S. always received strong heel heat from the audience with his promos reminding everyone to pay their taxes. The presence of I.R.S. gave The Million Dollar Corporation easy heat from the fans as the faction took off.

9 Worst: Steve Austin

Steve Austin’s name on the worst side of any list feels wrong, but he was a poor fit for The Million Dollar Corporation. WWE placed him with the group when it was ending as DiBiase solely managed him moving forward.

Austin and DiBiase didn’t have chemistry leading to his run as The Ringmaster failing. DiBiase leaving WWE opened the door for Austin to show his promo skills and it got him over to become a top superstar and all-time great legend.

8 Best: 123 Kid

1-2-3 Kid in WWE

WWE introduced Sean Waltman in the best way possible during his upset win over Razor Ramon as the 123 Kid. Fans enjoyed rooting for the Kid as an underdog story, but the reactions started to slow down after a couple of years.

123 Kid turned heel on Razor when named the special guest referee for his match against Sycho Sid. Ted DiBiase convinced 123 Kid to turn on his friend and become the newest member of The Million Dollar Corporation.

7 Worst: Kama

Godfather as his MMA persona, Kama

The various gimmicks of Charles Wright saw him making many drastic changes in his Hall of Fame WWE career. Papa Shango and The Godfather stands out as his most memorable gimmicks, but he had one less cartoonish act.

The run as Kama in The Million Dollar Corporation saw him ditching the Papa Shango look and embracing his fighting background. Kama struggled to get over in The Million Dollar Corporation since he didn’t have much of an identity.

6 Best: Sycho Sid

The presence of Sycho Sid helped the Million Dollar Corporation find new success. Sid was a credible and respected big man known for delivering damage to any wrestler getting in his way during the WWE tenures.

The promo skills of Sid were hit or miss which made Ted DiBiase an important addition to his act as well. Sid was the powerhouse of The Million Dollar Corporation. The work during this time helped get Sid his WWE Championship run a year later.

5 Worst: Nikolai Volkoff

Nikolai Volkoff had a long career with impressive accomplishments, but he was washed up by the time he joined The Million Dollar Corporation. WWE did come up with an interesting angle of Ted DiBiase exploiting the idea that Volkoff was desperate for money.

DiBiase paid Volkoff to do his dirty work and have matches with the faction’s enemies. Volkoff was unfortunately too old and banged up to have any noteworthy matches and actually took away from the faction’s success.

4 Best: Tatanka

The moment of Tatanka joining The Million Dollar Corporation was huge for the faction. Tatanka played a face with an undefeated streak running for almost two years. The program with Lex Luger saw him accusing Lex of working with Ted DiBiase.

Their big match paid off with Tatanka being revealed as the one who was joining The Million Dollar Corporation for the money. Tatanka was viewed as a hated sellout by the audience who booed him every show.

3 Worst: King Kong Bundy

The peak of King Kong Bundy’s career came in the ‘80s when he was a threat to Hulk Hogan. Bundy was older and no longer relevant in the wrestling world when Ted DiBiase added him to The Million Dollar Corporation.

The Undertaker faced Bundy at WrestleMania XI to continue his undefeated WM streak in a disappointing match. Bundy’s matches were hard to watch and that made him a weaker member of the faction.

2 Best: Bam Bam Bigelow

Bam Bam Bigelow was the best member of The Million Dollar Corporation when it comes to overall impact and talent. The unique skill set as an agile big man allowed him to have fun matches that kept the audience invested.

Bigelow was trusted enough to main event WrestleMania XI against NFL player Lawrence Taylor. Vince McMahon picked Bam Bam as someone who would stand out to the new fanbase but also carry Taylor to a passable match.

1 Worst: Fake Undertaker

The worst storyline involving The Million Dollar Corporation saw Ted DiBiase claiming The Undertaker joined the faction after a break from WWE. It was revealed to be a fake version of Undertaker when the real one faced him at SummerSlam 1994.

The Undertaker vs Fake Undertaker ended in complete disappointment despite having the main event spot. Brian Lee played the fake Undertaker and was placed in a bad spot. The Million Dollar Corporation lost momentum after having such a high-profile stinker.
