Mojo Rawley Reveals Possible Date For Rob Gronkowski's WWE Debut Match

Former New England Patriots star and Pro Bowl tight end Rob Gronkowski announced his retirement from football after leading his team to a Super Bowl 53 championship, but that may not be it for his career as a sports entertainer.

Gronkowski is close friends with WWE superstar Mojo Rawley, and both Triple H and Stephanie McMahon have emphasized that they'll welcome "Gronk" to the squared circle if he's interested.

The 30-year-old Gronkowski doesn't seem rushed on joining the WWE, however. He's been emotional in discussing how football seriously affected his physical and mental health.

Now that he's able to rest and recover from the beating his body endured for all those years, Gronkowski doesn't need to join the WWE right away. He can simply do so whenever he's ready, and it makes sense for him to wait until he's fully healthy before stepping into the ring.

Rawley spoke to TMZ Sports and revealed a possible date for Gronkowski's first WWE match. He explained that theNot only that, but Rawley suggested that the two could team up in the city that Gronkowski called home for nine years.
