The next couple of weeks are shaping up to be some extremely busy ones for WWE. On January 28th there will be a history making Royal Rumble pay per view, six days prior to that Raw will celebrate it's 25th anniversary, and this week Goldberg was announced as the first inductee into the 2018 class for WWE's Hall of Fame.

On top of all that this Tuesday marks the beginning of the first ever Mixed Match Challenge. The teams are set and now all that's left is for the action to begin. The first match will feature the teams of Shinsuke Nakamura and Natalya going up against Sasha Banks and Finn Balor but there will be ten other mixed gender teams competing over the course of the next few weeks.

One of those teams is the pairing of Naomi and Jimmy Uso. The two of them are husband and wife in real life and WWE has seen fit to have them team up for the MMC also. Awkwardly though, Naomi revealed to TV Insider recently that her loving husband doesn't particularly want to be teamed with her. 'I wanted to work with him and team up with him, but he doesn’t really want to team up with me. He thinks I don’t listen', Naomi divulged.

The former SmackDown Women's Champion went on to say that she has told Jimmy that she will listen, but also revealed that she wouldn't have minded being paired with someone else for the tournament herself. 'It would fun to be with someone else like New Day or Nakamura or Rusev', she admitted, claiming that her and Rusev can get on each other's nerves so it would have made for a fun dynamic.

Jimmy Uso may not want to be with Naomi for the MMC but unfortunately for him that is how his chips have fallen. The Total Divas stars will have to wait until week four of the tournament to see how they fair as a team however. That is when their first round match against Raw's Goldust and Alicia Fox will take place.
