WWE women's superstar Nia Jax has already become one of the top performers in the women's division, feuding with top talents like Bayley, Sasha Banks, and Alexa Bliss. Jax and Bliss seemingly formed an alliance until the former attacked the Raw Women's Champion on the Aug. 28, 2017 edition of Monday Night Raw.

Just when Jax was starting to build up momentum for her character, it was reported that she left on this week's edition of Raw, apparently due to personal reasons. It was not reported that she quit the WWE, however.

Now according to Justin Barrasso from Sports Illustrated, "Jax is unhappy with her current creative and pay scale", after being granted a "leave of absence". This happens a week after Neville walked out of Raw and was granted his release from the WWE.

Barrasso would like to emphasize that this doesn't mean Jax is going to leave the WWE. He did note that she is cousins with The Rock that give her "leverage that many others would simply not have in this situation." He fully expects her to return to the company, with more money in her pocket.

There's no doubting that losing Jax would be a huge blow for the WWE. Though mid-card guys like Neville are replaceable, Jax hasn't needed much time to quickly get over as one of the more dominant competitors on the roster.

The WWE has spent a lot time rebuilding the women's division, and Jax has been largely responsible for that. She's among the top all-around performers, and her reputation of being a dominant force in the ring make Jax a can't-miss commodity.

So relax, WWE fans. Jax will most likely get her desired raise and should be back in the ring before long. Unlike Neville and guys like Ryback, Jax holds all the leverage in this one.
