Nikki Bella Reveals John Cena's WrestleMania Dream Match

During an interview with Inside the Ropes, WWE and reality star Nikki Bella revealed that she does plan on returning to the ring in 2018 along with her sister Brie, as she continues to recover from neck surgery.

“[I’m] definitely coming back,” she said. “I want to come back when I have my sister by my side. It’s been over two years since the Bella Twins have been in the ring together, so I definitely want to make a comeback with Brie. I’m obviously still waiting for my neck to heal, so I’m hoping 2018 is gonna be the time when we come back. I hope before then, but I don’t know if that can happen. That’s the thing about bones, it’s like ‘c’mon!’"

Bella did confirm that she's waiting for her neck to heal and that she would like to come back before next year, but that likely won't happen. Bella also said that her surgeon doesn't want her to wrestle again. She admitted that she will never be a full-time wrestler ever again because of her neck.

Bella was also asked whether or not her brother-in-law Daniel Bryan will wrestle in the WWE again with his contract up in a year. She said she would like to see him wrestle again saying he, "eats, breathes and lives wrestling." He's constantly watching old school wrestling. She revealed Bryan has been training with Brie in order to help her get back in the ring. So we'll have to wait and see what happens.

Bella was also asked if there is one wrestler that her fiancee John Cena would love to face off against at WrestleMania. She said he would have loved to have wrestled the Undertaker and said that he still can. Bella said that Cena would honestly like to wrestle anyone.

You can watch Bella's interview below.

The 33-year-old Bella underwent neck surgery in January 2016 in order to fuse her vertebrae. She admitted at the time that she pretty much had a broken neck due to a herniated disc. Bella stopped wrestling back in October of 2015, but she did return briefly in 2016.

Bella was having problems with her neck since 2015, but waited about a year to do something about it.

Even though Bella says she will be coming back to the WWE, if and when that happens, we wouldn't expect to see her in the ring that much. If she does get back in the ring, she will likely not be performing signature Rack Attack move, which she has admitted was the main cause of her neck injury.

Of course, we wish nothing but the best for Bella going forward and hopefully, she'll be back in the ring with Brie in 2018.
