The NXT roster is one of the most talented groups of wrestlers that any company has ever managed to put together. There are some fantastic talents and that is why NXT is such a compelling show to watch.

However, while the likes of Keith Lee or Tommaso Ciampa might get a lot of ring time, there are many NXT wrestlers who don't get much television time, despite having plenty of ability.

10 Brendan Vink

Tony Modra

Brendan Vink has had more opportunities on Monday Night Raw than he has had on NXT. He was brought in during the start of the COVID-19 pandemic to fill spots on Raw alongside Shane Thorne and the two of them really impressed together.

Vink has the perfect size to be a top star in WWE with real strength and speed making him a genuine threat. Whether it's continuing the tag team he's already started or bursting out on his own, Vink deserves some more opportunity.

9 Arturo Ruas

Speaking of big men who can really wrestle, Arturo Ruas is a great example of someone who needs to be given more time. Whenever he has been showcased, Ruas has looked like the real deal with a blend of technical ability and pure power.

He has pushed several great stars to their limits but then hasn't been given the opportunity to continue on that momentum. WWE giving Ruas some more television time would be a smart move.

8 Vanessa Borne

Vanessa-Borne Cropped

Vanessa Borne is another talent who has barely been given the opportunity to work on television, and whenever she does, it is normally to put over somebody else. This is a shame because she really does have natural in-ring ability.

Vanessa is a great talker and that is something that WWE is always in need of. Her character alongside Aliyah was starting to tick until she was randomly taken off television, and now fans just patiently wait to see what she does next.

7 Chelsea Green

Another top female talent that hasn't been given anywhere near enough time is Chelsea Green. She was a major signing for the company at the time, yet Green has only been used sparingly since arriving in WWE.

She started to get time on the show working with Robert Stone, but then that partnership was randomly ended and Green hasn't been given work since. Considering she has such a great gimmick and really good in-ring talent, it seems like a waste for her to be sat on the sidelines.

6 KUSHIDA

When it comes to top tier talent with experience, KUSHIDA really does have it all, yet he has barely had the opportunity to showcase that in WWE. He's appeared sparingly and hasn't really been given a major spot or feud to prove himself.

It's a shame because KUSHIDA is seen as one of the best wrestlers in the world. He could be a genuine title threat if he was put on television enough times and hopefully that will happen in the future.

5 Babatunde Aiyegbusi

The era of big men simply waltzing to the top of the card in wrestling is long since over, however, that doesn't mean that there isn't a place for them still. Babatunde is a huge wrestler and he is someone who has shown great potential.

WWE is clearly a fan of him, pushing Babatunde into their first Netflix movie. However, that push has yet to be seen inside a WWE ring. He could be a monster heel at some point, WWE just needs to unleash him.

4 Boa

Boa is another wrestler who has had a few opportunities on television where he has had competitive showings against established roster members. He's shown promise whenever he appears and certainly has good talent.

It is now just a case of Boa needing some in-ring opportunities to really showcase what he is capable of and to develop an actual gimmick, which is what needs to come in the future.

3 Kona Reeves

Kona Reeves

Kona Reeves had a spell of time where he really got to wrestle on a frequent basis and he proved to be effective as a heel. He was easy to hate from a fan perspective which made him good at his job, but WWE didn't capitalize on that.

He could be used regularly again though if WWE wanted, and there's no doubt that Kona would make a good job of it again.

2 Kayden Carter

Every time Kayden Carter is showcased on NXT, she is used to put over another wrestler, and while she does an effective job at it, she doesn't get to really develop herself as a talent.

Carter always looks impressive and has a really physical approach to her wrestling, which is why she is ready to be showcased on a more regular basis, allowing herself to be a genuine threat in NXT's fantastic women's division.

1 Mansoor

Arguably the strangest name that hasn't been given television time, yet is on the NXT roster is Mansoor. He is someone who has been featured on major PPV's in Saudi Arabia and has been able to hang with top tier talents such as Cesaro.

He's been given a major platform and people are aware of him, yet WWE has failed to capitalize on it by actually pushing him. He has great in-ring ability and could really be a star, if only he was used on television.
