One look at Jade Cargill is enough to let you know she's got a big personality and a boat load of confidence. Ever since making her debut in AEW, she's taken the world of professional wrestling by storm. Cargill has since become the inaugural TBS Champion, and hasn't taken a loss in her professional wrestling career to date.

Jade Cargill wants to change the way pro wrestling is done. First of all, through her "Baddie Section," she's hoping to make more women into pro wrestling fans. She also wants to do away with the idea of working for the infamous hot dog and handshake. She walks, talks, and acts like money, and she's here to make a lot of it, too.

During the afternoon of June 7, Jade Cargill tweeted that she doesn't know what it means to "pay dues," and frankly does not care.

A fan then offered a bit of a tongue-in-cheek explanation of what the term meant, saying, "paying dues is when a wrestler first joins the company and they earn their way to the top, not be given a chance right off the bat."

Jade was not impressed, to say the least. She promptly responded to the explanation and dismissed the idea completely.

Whether or not the fan's explanation of the term was a subtle dig at Jade Cargill is unclear. Jade's reaction, though, is much more telling. As much as Jade enjoys her job, she doesn't need to be a professional wrestler to enjoy a comfortable living. When she's not in the ring, Jade is modeling for companies like Rihanna's lingerie line, SavagexFenty, or selling fitness programs. To be frank, professional wrestling needs her more than she needs it.

"Paying dues" as a concept is usually a means for promoters and older wrestlers to mistreat or underpay up-and-coming athletes. It's an idea that can become very toxic very quickly, and Jade Cargill should by no means entertain the notion since she doesn't have to.
