Last week, we saw five former NXT stars make their debut on the WWE main roster (with one huge return), and while it was incredibly exciting, it has left us with more questions than answers.  We’ve even written an article about how similar the two groups have been (and that there is a possible women’s Royal Rumble on the way), but if recent rumors are to be believed, there could be more connecting the group than just the women involved.

Like we mentioned, the two groups have the punk leader (Paige and Ruby Riot), the blonde (Liv Morgan and Mandy Rose) and the ass-kicker (Sarah Logan and Sonya Deville), but that seemed to be where the similarities ended. Perhaps not.

It was recently reported by wrestlingnews.co and other reputable sources that there could be just one mastermind behind these two attacks, and that could potentially be revealed the returning star Paige. Her motivations weren’t speculated on during these articles and rumors, so that should leave fans eager to hear from the young Brit on Monday Night Raw. Now that the brand war of Survivor Series is in the rearview mirror, it will be very interesting to see her motivations behind attacking both brands if this is indeed true.

Like with all rumors, we need to stress that at this point, it’s just speculation and rumors, but the similarities between the two line up with the potential to have one woman behind both attacks.  We will all have to tune in and see how this goes because the women’s division is now more interesting than ever before.

So what do you guys think? Is this a potentially good move having Paige behind both groups? Should there be separate motivations for the groups to keep the two angles as far away from each other as possible? Does this not even interest you at all?
