After a couple of appearances on Raw, it seems as though one particular new WWE Superstar is sticking put thanks to call from none other than Paul Heyman.

There's no doubt Vince McMahon still calls the shots in WWE and with the folding of the XFL, will likely do so now more than ever. But, before Vince could pull most of the decision-making from everyone else, it appears Heyman got one more request granted. Apparently, The Executive Director of Raw is the driving force behind Austin Theory's recent arrival to the red brand as is Theory's current push as part of the Angel Garza and Andrade faction with Zelina Vega.

During Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted, "This isn’t Vince, this is definitely Heyman and [Austin Theory] was brought up because they needed a guy for WrestleMania and they were impressed enough."  Meltzer added that he believes its too early, but, "They liked the idea of the three person stable with Zelina Vega, Andrade, Angel Garza, and Austin Theory.”

There are others who are wondering why Theory was placed with Andrade and Garza. Sure, a replacement for WrestleMania was needed, but with both Garza and Andrade having a Mexican background, some are wondering why a third member with a similar background wasn't added. Time will tell how WWE proceeds there.

What Kind of Push Is In Line For Theory?

WWE certainly has high hopes for the budding star. He's got the right look, he has a vast move set and he can fly around the ring, as can his stablemates. That said, his group got squashed up against Drew McIntyre and his pairing with Aleister Black in the Money in the Bank Qualifying Match is telling.

There are few people who believe Black will lose that bout and if WWE was concerned about protecting Theory, probably wouldn't have put him in that spot.
