WrestleMania 34 is a little over six weeks away on April 8th. That means we are only about six weeks away from NXT TakeOver: New Orleans taking place the Saturday night prior to WM on April 7th and the day after the other big event of WrestleMania weekend - the WWE Hall of Fame induction ceremony - taking place on Friday, April 6th.

There are a number of great superstars being inducted into the hall this year, but the first one announced was Goldberg: Former WWE Universal Champion, the man who took down Brock Lesnar in less than a minute and a half at the 2016 Survivor Series, and the former superstar who went 173-0 to begin his wrestling career in WCW during 1997 and 1998.

Besides the inductees, there is always excitement and speculation about the inductors - the person who will introduce and make the official introduction/induction of the year's inductees.

There have been no official announcements as of yet, but it appears that the current front runner to be the one to stand up for Goldberg is a bit of an odd choice. According to PWInsider, the man that - at this point - is the favorite to induct Goldberg is none other than Paul Heyman.

This choice would seem a little odd anytime, but especially this year when one of the other inductees are the Dudley Boyz - who, as you may know, were a huge part of Heyman's ECW promotion in the 1990s.

So, if Heyman was going to step up to the podium for any HOF inductee this year one would think that The Dudley Boyz would be the no-brainer answer to that question. But, at least as far as the rumors are today, that doesn't appear to be the case. Although, these are just rumors and a lot can happen in six weeks.

Jeff Jarrett and Ivory are the other two superstars being inducted into the Hall this year and announcements regarding their inductors have also not been made. Regardless, all the inductees are worthy of the honor and it should be a good show - which you can watch on the WWE Network.
