The WWE draft is over, and it allows Raw Executive Director Paul Heyman to plan around which superstars he wants to push going forward.

Heyman is now four months into his tenure as the Executive Director for WWE's flagship program. And while Bruce Prichard is just starting out on SmackDown Live (having recently replaced Eric Bischoff) Heyman has already brought plenty of changes to the Raw product.

We've seen Heyman add more adult-oriented elements to Raw, including an affair storyline between Bobby Lashley and Lana - as well as more horror and darkness themes, including the introduction of "The Fiend".

But more changes appear to be on the way for multiple superstars on Raw. According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter (h/t Matt Boone of eWrestling.com), it's believed that Cedric Alexander, Ricochet and Aleister Black could be on the verge of seeing big pushes down the road.

Not only that, but perennial heel Randy Orton could also go back to being a good guy. And with Paul Heyman also big on Buddy Murphy, the former Cruiserweight Champion could flip from heel to babyface as well.

It was pointed out that Raw has too many heels and not enough babyfaces, so it makes sense to give those three mid-card talents bigger pushes in order to even out the playing field.

Heyman reportedly worked hard to get the aforementioned Black on his roster. It was previously reported that Heyman was "super high" on Murphy, and it has been rumored for a while that he's keen on Alexander. Now, the opportunity has arrived for Heyman to work his magic with these young talents.

WWE Needs More Babyfaces & Fresh Pushes

When Bray Wyatt makes his full time move to SmackDown Live, WWE will be without one of its top heels - but they''ll still have Orton, AJ Styles, Bobby Lashley, Drew McIntyre and Erick Rowan. There simply aren't enough big-time good guys on the roster, and the likes of Alexander, Murphy and Black have the makings to be true babyfaces. So let's hope that Heyman and WWE officials get on this and develop more faces on Raw in short time.
