Bray Wyatt is set to defend his Universal Championship against The Miz at next Sunday's TLC pay-per-view, but it's worth noting that "The Fiend" isn't being mentioned as part of the match.

The Universal Champion has been performing as his alter ego during matches, but for this showdown against The Miz, we'll be seeing the regular Bray Wyatt again. That would obviously be good news for The Miz, since nobody has been able to defeat The Fiend cleanly yet.

But unfortunately for Miz, it looks highly unlikely that he'll walk away as the winner next Sunday. According to to Kambi (h/t Ringside News), Wyatt is an overwhelming 1/14 favorite to win the match, while The Miz is a major underdog at 11/2.

Now, the betting favorites don't always go on to win the match, but given Wyatt's extremely high odds here, it's a strong hint that he's going to once again emerge victorious and thus retain his title.

It's also worth noting that Wyatt is being advertised for a triple threat match against The Miz and Daniel Bryan at an upcoming event on Dec. 26, which is another strong indicator that he's going to win at TLC.

Wyatt has built up Wyatt as a virtually indestructible force dating back to August now, so he's not about to lose cleanly any time soon. He's already defeated a handful of big-named stars such as Seth Rollins, Daniel Bryan and Braun Strowman.

With a (likely) victory against The Miz, Wyatt's push is only going to get stronger. Whether or not The Fiend-Miz feud continues past the month of December remains to be seen, however.

The Fiend Won't Lose Cleanly For A While

Don't expect Wyatt to drop any clean matches for a long period of time. It's already been suggested that he will clash with Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 36 in Tampa Bay, and the latter is one of the few logical candidates to end The Fiend's undefeated streak. WWE has spent several months building up Wyatt, and they're not going to shy away from that plan now.
