Every WrestleMania tends to have at least one memorable moment or match that sticks out years down the line. The past ten years, it's been plenty of ups and downs for the biggest event in all of professional wrestling with some WrestleMania's earning loads of praise, while others weren't well received by the WWE Universe.

In some cases, it came down to the match card as well as the main event to separate them. Every WrestleMania will likely have some filler air time as well as underwhelming bouts, but that's not to dismiss the many iconic moments in recent times. With today's list, we rank the last 10 WrestleMania from best to worst.

10 WrestleMania XXVII

You could switch the bottom three in any order as you wish, but WrestleMania XXVII takes the cake when it comes to least memorable moments. It was an underwhelming match card from the beginning that turned out to be worse than expected.

There is no surprise when it included matches such as Michael Cole taking on Jerry Lawler, as well as John Morrison, Trish Stratus and Snooki battling Dolph Ziggler and LayCool. It should tell you plenty when WWE uses a WrestleMania main event to build up a match for the following year - a tactic that greatly affected the quality of the show.

9 WrestleMania 32

Like many major and recent WWE PPVs, WrestleMania 32 didn't deliver with the full match card, leaving many fans disappointed and exhausted by the end of the event. The main event between Triple H and Roman Reigns was considered to be a flop following a forgettable build up in the first place.

As for the remaining matches, most weren't good enough to be placed on the biggest show of the year. When surfing the WWE Network, WrestleMania 32 is most likely going to be skipped by the majority of fans.

8 WrestleMania 29

Looking back, there is no way that Vince McMahon looks fondly at WrestleMania 29. The reception of the rematch between John Cena and The Rock wasn't quite as anticipated as the company expected, especially since fans wanted CM Punk to be apart of the main event.

Although he was disappointed to miss out on the spot, Punk still managed to steal the show in a bout against The Undertaker. The PPV was booked like it was anything but WrestleMania as the card simply wasn't good enough by the standards fan had come to anticipate. As such, WrestleMania 29 is arguably the worst in the past decade.

7 WrestleMania XXVIII

WrestleMania XXVIII is the highest grossing PPV in wrestling history with the main event of John Cena against The Rock headlining the event. Despite its massive success, the PPV wasn't very well received by fans who felt underwhelmed by the time the show wrapped up. There were some highlights along the way, including the Hell in a Cell match between The Undertaker and Triple H.

But the show was also filled with some awful matchups such as Big Show against Cody Rhodes, Team Johnny versus Team Teddy, as well as Kelly Kelly and Maria Menounos battling Beth Phoenix and Eve Torres.

6 WrestleMania XXVI

Say what you want about WrestleMania XXVI, the event will always be held in high regards due to the historic main event between The Undertaker and Shawn Michaels. With the former putting his undefeated streak on the line while the latter banked on his career, everything was on the line and they certainly didn't disappoint.

This event would rank higher if not for the many duds such as Vince McMahon against Bret Hart, as well as the 10-Diva tag team match. Even the Money in the Bank match was disappointing compared to past years as it failed to live up to the hype.

5 WrestleMania 34

Going into WrestleMania 34, fans believed that WWE had the chance to assemble one of the best match cards in recent memory. Though it didn't live up to that hype, it wasn't a horrible show by any means.

The event featured Daniel Bryan's in-ring return to the ring, a memorable contest between Seth Rollins, The Miz and Finn Balor, as well as the mixed tag team match between Kurt Angle and Ronda Rousey taking on The Authority. With a different main event, WrestleMania 34 would've ranked higher on the list.

4 WrestleMania 33

WrestleMania 33 had plenty of themes such as Goldberg's first appearance at the event since 2004, The Undertaker's potential final match, as well as the return of The Hardy Boyz to win the WWE Tag Team Championship.

Like many WrestleMania's in recent memory, Roman Reigns was once again headlining the event with a match against The Undertaker. The main event fell short of expectations as did the hyped contest between Chris Jericho and Kevin Owens. But there were some highlights to bump up the overall rating of the PPV, including an intense opening match between AJ Styles and Shane McMahon.

3 WrestleMania XXX

The rise of Daniel Bryan to the top of the mountain will always be fondly remembered by the WWE Universe as it finally took place at WrestleMania XXX. Starting the show off with a win over Triple H, Bryan would also defeat Batista and Randy Orton in the main event to be crowned as the new World Heavyweight Champion.

Another memorable moment was the classic contest featuring The Undertaker and Brock Lesnar as the latter controversially put an end to the 21-0 Undefeated Streak. As usual, the show was far from perfect due to some filler matches that would have been better left off the event.

2 WrestleMania 35

The most recent edition of WrestleMania lived up to expectations with both fan favorites getting their big win. Kofi Kingston won his first WWE Championship against Daniel Bryan, while Becky Lynch picked up the Raw and SmackDown Women's Championships in the first every main event headlined by female Superstars.

The PPV had some notable bits such as Batista's return and final match for the company, an intense contest between Shane McMahon and The Miz, and of course Kurt Angle's farewell bout (disappointing as that was). It was also positively received by the WWE Universe as the audience truly got what they wanted this time around.

1 WrestleMania 31

WrestleMania 31 stands above all other PPVs in the past ten years as it successfully delivered by the end of the night. Not only did the creative team get it right with the booking, but most performers happened to be on their A game that night, resulting in some epic moments that will be shown for a long time.

It was a vital point in the career of Seth Rollins who cashed in his Money in the Bank suitcase to defeat Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar. That's not to mention that Sting finally made his WrestleMania debut decades into his career, which would turn out to be his first and only match at the event.
