Arthur Douglas was a human whose family was attacked and killed by the supervillain Thanos. The being known as Kronos took Arthur's spirit and placed it in a powerful new body, thus Drax the Destroyer was born. Today, Drax is known as a member of the Guardians of the Galaxy, and while he's lost some of his original powers, he still has incredible strength and a lack of understanding the tone, pitch, and nuances behind conversations most people take for granted.

Played by Dave Batista in the film version of Guardians of the Galaxy, it's hard not to wonder what it would be like if Drax (and not Batista) was a WWE Superstar. Would he be the champion in a matter of minutes? Would he be prone to the most cunning and ruthless heels in the industry? Would he be part of a faction or stand on his own?

Let's pretend Drax left the Marvel Universe and joined WWE. Who would he wrestle? Would you pit him against The Undertaker, Brock Lesnar or The Demon Finn Balor?

Here are the Five Real Life Wrestlers We Want To See Batista's Drax Take On.

5. Braun Strowman

via wwe.com

Likely the strongest WWE Superstar currently in the company, Drax versus the "Monster Among Men" would be a heavyweight match for the ages. Right now, in the WWE no one seems to be able to stop Strowman, including Brock Lesnar who was "monster handled" on two consecutive occasions. Drax would be the strongest wrestler to join the company in, well, maybe forever.

Would Strowman continue his reign of terror? Or, would Drax be able to match him in the strength department? Strowman keeps asking for competition. This would qualify.

4. Bray Wyatt

One thing about Drax that could be taken as a weakness is the fact that, well, he's stupid. Completely unaware of understanding of the human condition and feelings or emotions, he would be an easy target for a guy like Bray Wyatt.

Wyatt's strength is getting inside the head of his opponent. One of two things would happen if these two started a rivalry. Either Drax would be putty in the hands of a Wyatt character who can control his mind, or, Drax would be too dumb to realize he was being played with. Either way, it would be interesting to watch.

3. "Broken" Matt Hardy

If there was ever a character that could have felt like it was taken out of the pages of a comic book, it's "Broken" Matt Hardy. That character was just odd enough to fit right into the Marvel Universe and in the WWE, he might need an opponent like Drax to stop his reign of terror.

That is, of course, if the WWE can ever get their act together and introduce "Broken", or "Woken" Matt Hardy. It could be billed as a clash of the oddest from the WWE Universe to the cast-off of the Marvel Universe.

2. Roman Reigns & John Cena (Triple Threat Match)

If for no other reason than to make millions of wrestling fans happy, bringing in Drax to destroy the WWE's favorite whipping boy in Roman Reigns would get a lot of people excited. Reigns has long been the guy everyone loves to hate and after his recent in-ring promo with John Cena, both Superstars are looking like they need a good reminder that someone with more strength can come in a wipe the floor with them.

The only problem with this theory is that the WWE would probably book one or both of Cena/Reigns to get the pin on Drax, thus burying him before his career can really get going.

1. Triple H (The King of Kings)

via pinterest.com

Drax has a hatred for Thanos, thanks to Thanos killing his family and all. Basically, Thanos wants to be king of everything and everyone. Drax is out to destroy him. In the WWE, Triple H is the "King of Kings". See the connection?

In real life, Batista also wants to return to the WWE, but only in a program with Triple H

Having Drax take on Triple H allows the WWE to kill two birds with one stone. Triple H would probably go for it as he only likes to wrestle "big time" matches at WrestleMania and this match would make the card for sure.
