Ric Flair Reveals How Many Women He Slept With

Finally, a return to the sort of news we're used to hearing about Ric Flair!  The Nature Boy claims that he has slept with 10,000 women in his lifetime.

The last month or so has been a nerve-racking one for pro wrestling fans when it comes to Ric Flair. Earlier this summer, The Nature Boy was admitted to hospital and for a while, it looked as if the 16 time World Champion was in a lot of trouble. Flair underwent surgery and was even placed in a medically induced coma for a period. The story had a happy ending though, and Flair is now on the road to recovery despite the odds.

The complications that landed Flair in the hospital were linked to his use of alcohol throughout his entire life, and 'Naitch has said since returning home that he has now given up the booze. Flair's whole pro wrestling persona revolved around him living life to the fullest, and there's likely not a Superstar from the past 30 years that hasn't partied with the former 16-time champion at some point. It wasn't just drinking that Flair enjoyed partaking in, however.

Another aspect of the jet flying, limousine riding lifestyle that Flair enjoyed for so many years was the women. Flair has been married and divorced four times, and one of the main reasons he hasn't been able to stay married is his liking of females while on the road. ESPN will air a 30 for 30 documentary on The Nature Boy in November, and according to TMZ Flair reveals during the doc that he slept with a staggering 10,000 women. That's a pretty incredible number, but Flair says he is not proud of it.

Flair was apparently quick to add that he is ashamed of the alleged numbers he's racked up, and he's worried about what his grandchildren will think of him. He also said that now, he just loves one woman, his fifth and current fiance Wendy Barlow. Whether the five-figure number is entirely accurate is up for debate though. If correct then, depending on when Flair lost his virginity it would mean that two-time WWE Hall of Famer has slept with an average of almost 200 women per year.

While this might not exactly be the kind of news that paints Ric Flair in the best light, it is certainly a welcome change from the nail-biting news we're currently used to in regards to 'Naitch's health. It's also refreshing to hear that at the age of 68 Flair seems to have turned a corner in his life, giving up alcohol and admitting that sleeping with as many women as he has is not exactly something to boast about.
