Ric Flair Will Be Present For SmackDown Tapings This Week

Ric Flair is set to accompany his daughter Charlotte for a live Twitter Q&A session ahead of SmackDown Live live this week amid his war with WWE over the use of "The Man."

The WWE legend is presently at odds with the promotion after laying claim to the moniker, with Becky Lynch now using it for herself. And the Nature Boy wants to get paid.

Despite the beef, Cricket Wireless has managed to bring the two parties together for the event. And, per PWInsider, Flair will also be present for tapings in the evening."Join us here on 9/17 for a LIVE Twitter Q&A with @RicFlairNatrBoy & @MsCharlotteWWE!" the wireless provider tweeted. "What do you want to ask the father-daughter duo? Tweet us using #AskTheFlairs."

Flair spoke to TMZ about his issues with WWE recently, claiming to have no problem with Becky and her continued use of the phrase but simply wanting payment in exchange for a term he says he coined.

Flair also revealed that his filing for a trademark caused a rift between himself and Charlotte.

“Here’s the deal: I love Becky Lynch and no one has supported the women’s division more than me as an outsider," he said. "As a matter of fact, I’ve told the guys, and I would have texted Becky last night and Sasha but I’m sure Becky – I don’t know what the WWE’s spin has been to her, they stole it last night. It’s funny, my daughter is so mad at me cause I filed not even understanding it’s not with Becky. I have no beef with Becky.”

Is the War Between Flair And WWE Over?

It appears that Flair and his daughter have put their differences aside but they will have to expect plenty of questions regarding current matters as it relates to the "The Man."

Of course, if they drop any juicy bits, we'll be there to report it.
