The Nature Boy, Ric Flair, is considered by many to be the greatest wrestler of all time. Whether he was stylin' and profilin' or delivering the most lethal chops in the business, Flair was always incredibly entertaining. Despite the fact he is one of the all-time greats, Flair has actually only competed on the Grandest Stage Of Them All six times throughout his career. This is simply due to the fact he spent so many years working for WCW, meaning he missed many WrestleMania opportunities.

However, while he might not have competed at WrestleMania as many times as other legends of the industry, he certainly made his matches count. Flair has had some amazing bouts at 'Mania, and in this list, we will rank those matches from worst to best.

6 Ric Flair & Carlito Vs. Chavo Guerrero & Gregory Helms (WrestleMania 23)

Ric Flair has competed in six matches at WrestleMania, but fans might have missed out on this one as it took place on the pre-show. This was back when the pre-show matches weren't shared for fans outside of the live crowd until the DVD was released. While it's quite surprising that Ric Flair was put in this seemingly random spot, it wasn't a bad match. At this point in his career, Flair wasn't working at the top level, which was a shame, but thankfully things changed for him after this point.

This was a lumberjack match as well as a tag and therefore it was the classic case of getting everyone onto the card for a payday. It had plenty going on, as expected with this type of match, and it is certainly the weakest of the bunch.

5 Ric Flair, Randy Orton, & Batista Vs. Rock 'n' Sock Connection (WrestleMania XX)

Talk about star power in a match, this one really had it all. It had bonified legends in Mick Foley and Ric Flair, a genuine megastar in The Rock, and the future of wrestling in Randy Orton and Batista all in one bout. Even though the storyline was great here and the wrestlers were certainly stars, it sadly didn't really feature any of the five men at their peak. Because of that, this match never reached the potential that it had.

However, that doesn't mean it was a bad match, as that certainly isn't the case. It was entertaining, with Evolution dominating and doing what they did best as a heel stable in what was a fun match that was worthy of a WrestleMania card.

4 MITB: Ric Flair Vs. RVD Vs. Shelton Benjamin Vs. Finlay Vs. Matt Hardy Vs. Bobby Lashley (WrestleMania 22)

When you think about it, Ric Flair being in a Money in the Bank ladder match is quite surprising, as it's not a stipulation you often saw the Nature Boy compete in. However, his addition to this match really was a great one.

It was never really expected that Flair would win this match at this stage of his career, but having a legend like him involved only raised the match for everyone. As with any ladder match, it was full of excitement, and the match was certainly a good one. Flair didn't just fill up the numbers either here. He took part in one of the biggest spots of the match as Matt Hardy hit a superplex to Flair from the top of the ladder in an absolutely crazy bump.

3 Ric Flair Vs. The Undertaker (WrestleMania X-8)

When people think about The Undertaker's WrestleMania record they quickly go to Shawn Michaels, Triple H, and CM Punk. However, his No Holds Barred match with Ric Flair is certainly up there with the best of the Deadman's run.

It tells a great story and has plenty of violence going on to back it up. 'Taker was working the American Badass gimmick at this point and therefore it was a more physical style of a match from him as he and Flair went to war against each other. There was blood and violence, but they still pieced together a really good story, as is expected from two men as talented as them. It's a great match and even though it doesn't get as much credit as it deserves, that doesn't stop it being one of Flair's best.

2 Ric Flair w/Mr. Perfect Vs. Randy Savage w/Miss Elizabeth (WrestleMania 8)

While Ric Flair spent a large time working for WCW before he returned to the company, he did manage to get one WrestleMania moment in before. This took place at WrestleMania 8 as Ric Flair defended his WWE Championship against Randy Savage. This is an absolute classic 'Mania match that is must-see viewing for any wrestling fan. Both Flair and Savage have such huge personalities and they know exactly how to get the fans involved throughout.

There's plenty of near falls and the fans in attendance buy into all of it, which only makes the match even more special. This is what WrestleMania is all about, getting two of the very best against each other with a gripping storyline, which is what happened here.

1 Ric Flair Vs. Shawn Michaels (WrestleMania 24)

Was there any ever doubt? When it comes to Ric Flair's greatest WrestleMania match, there could only ever be one, couldn't there? That match is his classic WrestleMania 24 bout against Shawn Michaels, which ended up being his retirement match. The two men demanded the best from each other during their pre-show promos, and they certainly brought it on the night. Flair proved he still had an amazing match in him as he worked a terrific back and forth bout with Mr. WrestleMania himself.

It was a match that was jam-packed full of emotion as the fans knew what was coming but didn't want it to happen. However, that only made Michaels' final Sweet Chin Music with the words, "I'm sorry, I love you," being one of the most historic moments in wrestling history.
