The Inner Circle has a new member, and it's someone who is still signed to another wrestling company.

It has been more than a month since Chris Jericho blinded Jon Moxley in one eye live on Dynamite. Moxley has committed to the bit, even wearing his eye patch while competing in New Japan. Last week, Mox decided to take the "eye for an eye" cliche to the next level. The number one contender grabbed Inner Circle member Santana and left him needing an eye patch too.

This week's main event was a match between the two one-eyed men. Since Moxley has had far more experience wrestling with one eye, it was the WWE Champion who managed to pick up the win. However, Mox's music barely had time to start playing before other Inner Circle members rushed the ring and attacked him.

Each member of the faction got their licks in before Jericho beckoned the group's newest member to join them from the back. Le Champion actually announced that the group had a new member earlier in the evening, revealing it to be Jeff Cobb. He also announced that Cobb would make his AEW debut next week in Atlanta in a match versus Moxley.

On the one hand, announcing that took away from the shock of Cobb coming to the ring at the end of the show. However, making it seem as if Cobb wouldn't be debuting until next Wednesday might have been a stroke of genius. Either way, the former Olympian stomped his way to the ring and delivered his devastating finisher, Tour of the Islands to Moxley.

What's interesting about Cobb's debut for AEW is that the former PWG World Champion is still under contract for Ring of Honor. Cobb is still being advertised to compete at ROH's Supercard of Honor which will take place in Tampa over WrestleMania weekend. If ROH and AEW have struck up some sort of working relationship, that could prove to be a great move for the fans, and also for ROH which has been struggling since the arrival of AEW.
