For almost the entirety of 2020, Drew McIntyre has been the face of Raw. The Scotsman has been phenomenal as the face of the red brand, putting on great matches, cutting strong promos, and acting as the ideal counterpart to Roman Reigns over on SmackDown, who has become one of the greatest heels in the business. Reigns missed a large chunk of the year, but since coming back at SummerSlam, The Tribal Chief instantly became one of WWE's hottest commodities once again.

Both men have been beyond excellent in their roles as the biggest stars on either brand. After a long time, WWE has two megastars on its roster, who are both capable of carrying a show on their backs. After a great 2020, fans are excited to see what lies in store for them in 2021, with the WWE Universe exceptionally excited about the possibility of certain marquee feuds taking place.

10 Roman Reigns: Karrion Kross

Karrion Kross WWE

From the moment he made his debut, Karrion Kross was positioned as a major star in NXT. He wasted little time before winning the NXT Championship, and even though an injury brought that reign to a premature end, Kross will likely assume his position as one of the biggest stars in the company once more when he does officially return to in-ring competition.

Kross has the intensity to match Roman Reigns in the ring; both men have a blend of strength and technical ability that will lead to fantastic matches. WWE will also be able to use The Tribal Chief to get Kross over on the main roster, even if he does not win. This is a feud that could main event several pay-per-views and fans would love to see it happen.

9 Drew McIntyre: Braun Strowman

Braun Strowman WWE

Drew McIntyre and Braun Strowman have history; they were allies against The Shield and have even faced off on occasion in the ring. But a feud between them now would be very different. McIntyre is one of the biggest stars in the company, while Strowman has struggled for relevance since losing the Universal Championship at SummerSlam.

Both men could put on bouts a lot like the ones Strowman had with Reigns years ago. McIntyre can match him for strength and speed, and that would lead to a fantastic championship feud and also get Strowman over once more.

8 Roman Reigns: Goldberg

Goldberg Universal Champion

After Goldberg defeated The Fiend for the Universal Championship, WWE set him up for a feud with Roman Reigns that never happened. Even if it couldn't have happened heading into WrestleMania 36, this is a feud that WWE could and should revisit in 2021.

Reigns is the biggest heel in WWE right now, and Goldberg needs some character rehabilitation. Not only would a Battle of the Spears be fun, but WWE could also leverage the heat Goldberg got after beating The Fiend and use it to turn Reigns into a tweener down the line. This is one of those matches that fans need to see and WWE should deliver.

7 Drew McIntyre: Keith Lee

Keith Lee WWE

Soon after Keith Lee made his debut on Raw, he crossed paths with Drew McIntyre on a couple of occasions. Those matches showed promise but ultimately led to nothing. A feud between both men in 2021 will be money.

Lee and McIntyre can put on hard-hitting bouts that fans will love and The Limitless One is one of the few men in WWE that could believably go toe-to-toe with the Scotsman. Even if Lee does not win, an extended feud with McIntyre would get him over in a big way and establish him as a major threat to the rest of the roster.

6 Roman Reigns: John Cena

John Cena WWE

Roman Reigns vs. John Cena is a feud that has happened before, but not on a grand stage like SummerSlam or WrestleMania; instead, WWE had them face each other at No Mercy in 2017, which is a C-level pay-per-view at best.

The story for a feud next year writes itself. Cena wants his 17th WWE World Championship reign, and The Tribal Chief wants to make the man he replaced fall in line. Cena has also never won the Universal Title. The promos between both men would also be far more evenly matched, and giving Reigns the win on a major stage would truly establish him as one of the most powerful heels in WWE history.

5 Drew McIntyre: Andrade

It's understandable if fans aren't too excited by this. Andrade's booking over the last year or so has been nothing short of atrocious. But the fact remains that given half a chance, El Idolo is one of the most captivating performers in the world.

Both men also have history, as Andrade beat McIntyre to win the NXT Championship a few years ago. This is something WWE has alluded to on the main roster, but it is worth exploring further. With WWE considering pairing up Andrade with Charlotte on programming, The Queen could drive El Idolo to become the main event star he was destined to be; and that path goes straight through McIntyre.

4 Roman Reigns: The Rock

The Rock WWE

Since turning heel, Roman Reigns has assumed his position at the head of the table of the Anoa'i family. It has led to some phenomenal programming, but way before Reigns took this position, someone else sat in his place; The Rock.

Feuding with The Brahma Bull would be what truly establishes Reigns as the head of the table. Beating The Rock at WrestleMania 37 would be the biggest win of his career as a heel. Getting him to fall in line in front of the world would truly take Reigns' gimmick to another level.

3 Drew McIntyre: Adam Cole

Adam Cole WWE

There is no denying that The Undisputed Era is the greatest faction in NXT's history, but it is only a matter of time before Adam Cole and Co. are called up to the main roster. Cole is just too good to waste away in the mid-card, and a feud with Drew McIntyre would be the best way to establish him as a main event talent.

Both men also have a lot of history from their time in NXT, and if the rest of the Undisputed Era is also involved, then the odds would be stacked against the Scotsman, who would struggle to hold onto his championship.

2 Roman Reigns: Big E

Big E WWE

WWE broke up The New Day during the 2020 Draft in the hopes of pushing Big E as a singles star. While that hasn't really led to much for the time being, there are reports that he is one of the favorites to win the 2021 Royal Rumble

Winning the match would put him right in the crosshairs of The Tribal Chief. Both men would put on fantastic matches together, the promos would be phenomenal, and even if he doesn't win, the feud would establish Big E as a true main event star.

1 Drew McIntyre: Edge

Edge 2020 Royal Rumble

Along with Big E, Edge is considered one of the favorites to win the Royal Rumble match. Seeing as The Rated R Superstar has been on Raw since his return to the company, odds are that if he wins, he would go up against Drew McIntyre for the WWE Championship.

A feud between both men would lead to some great face vs. face showdowns, that would be truly unpredictable as well. Fans would want Edge to win gold, but they also would not want someone like McIntyre to lose to a part-timer. Done right, this feud could be absolutely amazing.
