The Big Dog is one of the most beloved wrestlers today despite his heel turn. He is a charismatic wrestler who always gives everything in the ring and the fans love that. Over the years, Roman Reigns has managed to make good friends with other wrestlers in the industry.
However, there are also wrestlers who take competitiveness beyond the ring and cannot get along with Reigns. There are stars that The Tribal Chief simply does not like and then there are wrestlers he doesn't hate but just doesn't love.
10 He Loves: Matt Hardy
Matt Hardy stated that he wants to have a match against Roman Reigns before his retirement, as he expressed that he greatly admires the current WWE Universal Champion. In addition to that admiration and respect, it is clear that they are friends.
Even though Big Money Matt is already 46-years-old and he has spent the last few months working for All Elite Wrestling, Hardy remains optimistic and thinks that one day he may have that dream match with Roman.
9 He Doesn’t: John Cena
Roman Reigns was chosen to follow in John Cena's footsteps as the main face of WWE, but that doesn't mean they get along.
"John and I have always been friendly, but I wouldn't say we are friends in any way," Reigns said in an interview on CBS Sports' In This Corner podcast.
Furthermore, The Big Dog has made it clear that he does not like to be compared to The Doctor Of Thuganomics. Of course, Reigns recognizes Cena's greatness but does not want to be like him.
8 He Loves: Chris Jericho
Roman Reigns became one of Chris Jericho's best friends in the industry after some years they spent together. America's Role Model once commented on Twitter that Reigns was one of his favorite opponents in the ring and one of his favorite people outside of it.
They both really enjoy working together, and who doesn't like working with their friends? Well, clearly a wrestler feels more comfortable working with people they like.
7 He Doesn’t: Cody Rhodes
Cody Rhodes is one of the greatest stars in All Elite Wrestling, while Roman Reigns is one of the greatest stars in World Wrestling Entertainment. This has led these wrestlers to compete to determine who is the greatest figure in America and even the world.
The American Nightmare thinks you don't have to be in WWE to be the best wrestler, which Roman considers absurd. Each represents their company and each wants to be the biggest star, so they have no reason to be friends.
6 He Loves: Sasha Banks
Sasha Banks was one of the first people to express her pain, sadness, and good wishes when Roman Reigns was diagnosed with leukemia in 2018. The Boss has always had a good relationship with Reigns. She is The Big Dog's friend and she respects and admires him very much.
And Sasha Banks herself was one of the people who was most pleased to see Roman back in the ring. “I missed him so much. He has been nothing but amazing to me” said Sasha in an interview with Sportskeeda.
5 He Doesn’t: CM Punk
The Big Dog told the Load Management Complex podcast that he doesn't like CM Punk and that he doesn't know how many people like him, but that if he had to work with Punk, he would do it for fans to enjoy the show.
He also said that Punk would have to be slapped a few times to get his mind right. Reigns did not keep his opinion to himself about the multi-time WWE Champion.
Actually, it would be interesting to see The Straight Edge Savior challenging The Tribal Chief.
4 He Loves: Braun Strowman
This friendship was created when Roman Reigns and Braun Strowman spent time working together and starring in many important matches for the company, they have been contesting titles for a long time. It was inevitable that they did not become very good friends, now, they train together and even have fun together outside the ring.
The Monster Among Men has expressed his gratitude to Reigns because he was the one who helped him succeed in WWE, and Strowman has always supported Roman through thick and thin.
3 He Doesn’t: Randy Orton
Randy Orton and Roman Reigns are said to have never gotten along, ever since Roman was a member of The Shield and represented that new blood of the company while Orton was one of the most seasoned members of the roster.
Later, Reigns and Orton were in some matches together until The Big Dog expressed his discontent, that he did not like working with Randy because he was "killing" his career with his boring fights.
Since then, they have met very few times (the vast majority in tag team matches).
2 He Loves: Seth Rollins
Despite the fact that Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns did not click in their first months in the company, over the years they grew closer little by little until they became great friends. Nowadays it seems that they are inseparable whether they are members of The Shield or not.
Rollins revealed that he was frequently calling Roman during his battle with leukemia, giving him all the necessary support, which makes him a true friend. They have also been seen hanging out constantly.

1 He Doesn’t: Kenny Omega
This case is very similar to that of Cody Rhodes as people constantly wonder who is the best wrestler in the world. For some, that wrestler is in the WWE, but others think that he is elsewhere.
Roman Reigns once told Corey Graves in an interview that he was the best in the world. Weeks later, Kenny Omega said that Reigns' words were ridiculous in an interview published by Bleacher Report. Furthermore, Omega claimed that he had enough epic matches to be considered the best.
Obviously, The Tribal Chief didn't like this statement.
