Sasha Banks is one of the top female wrestlers in the world, and is largely responsible for building up the division. The four-time Women's Champion also shares the honor of competing in the very first all-female Hell in a Cell match, when she faced Charlotte last year.

Banks is only 25 years of age and entering the prime of her career, so the idea of retiring only seems like a crazy one for The Legit Boss. Actually, that may be what Banks is thinking about in the near future. Appearing on The Steve Austin Show, Banks talked about a different career aspiration of being a producer:

"Sometimes I'm like, 'I just want to retire and be a producer'. I really love creating matches, but then I see what they go through and I'm like, 'I do not want to do that! I do not want to be yelled at or the stress of it all, but I really, really enjoy helping putting matches together...Or maybe I'll just retire and sit on the couch the rest of my life and do nothing! Is that bad?"

That's not all. Banks also decided to talk about the possibility of retiring much sooner than most of us would expect:

"I don't want to put a number on it. It's whenever God tells me to, but, at the same time, I don't want to be one of those people who went past their time, which scares me because I love this so much. But I don't know. I've done a lot at 25 [years of age] and I wonder how much more I could do, so I don't know. I'll leave it in God's hands."

Could Banks really choose to retire even though she just made the main roster last year? Well, a number of past female superstars left the WWE at a fairly young age. Trish Stratus - widely considered the great women's wrestler of all-time - chose to hang up the boots at the age of 30. Lita, another Hall of Fame, retired at the age of 31, though her and Stratus have appeared sporadically.

Most of today's top female superstars are under the age of 30, though Mickie James continues to succeed at 38. There's no denying that Banks has the talent to be one of the more dominant superstars of her era. But if she's ready to hang them up in the near future, fans shouldn't be all that surprised.

After all, she's already hinted at it.
