According to RollingStone.com, Hip Hop icon, fashion mogul, and the man responsible for bringing the world The Notorious B.I.G and Ciroc, Sean 'Puff Daddy' Combs, will be making an appearance on the August 8th edition of Monday Night Raw.
It will be his first appearance with WWE since WrestleMania 29, where he performed "I'm Coming Home." in Metlife Stadium located in New Jersey. With SummerSlam emanating from Brooklyn, it's not a stretch to think Puff will be involved in some way. Even as a man who's represented Harlem, possibly having a New Yorker of his stature involved with the event is a big score for WWE.
As far as what he will be doing on Raw, it remains to be seen. Puff Daddy has always been the motivational type, so maybe he's there to lift Roman Reigns out of the losing run he's been mired in. Whatever happens, keep Kevin Owens away from him. Puff isn't Machine Gun Kelly and attempting to powerbomb him off the stage likely wouldn't end well for Owens.
As an avid Hip-Hop fan, it's great to see WWE reach out to an audience that tends to get left behind on new themes for the shows, or completely misjudged on what would actually be appealing. How do we get Wale on there next? #WaleMania
