He has been a Hound of Justice, The Face of WWE, and The Monday Night Messiah, but no matter what persona Seth "Freakin'" Rollins is going by, it is well-known that he is one of WWE's biggest stars. He has maintained a consistent presence in the main-event spotlight in WWE and has become a multi-time World Champion. However, his hot singles career came as a result of having a strong run as a tag team wrestler at multiple points of his career.

Whether he was partnered with The Shield or with a myriad of other wrestlers, he has established himself as someone who can team with anyone and aim for success. However, some of his partnerships are certainly more successful and well-received than others. The only question is - who has been his best pairing in his career.

10 Jason Jordan

With a very short RAW Tag Team Championship run during their strange pairing together, Seth Rollins and Jason Jordan did achieve a great feat together, but that does not change how odd they felt as a team. While the team was made with the goal of pushing Jordan to a higher tier in WWE, he was not received well by the audience.

Their pairing was also cut short due to an unfortunate injury that Jordan received, which has kept him out of action for almost two years. However, even if he had stuck around, the pairing still wouldn't have felt great and may have even made fans feel worse about it.

9 The Authority

As a member of The Authority - who they labeled as "The Man" - Seth Rollins was a dominant World Champion and at the top of his singles game as a wrestler. However, any pairing he was a part of in the tag team division with The Authority was among the worst in his career.

Whether he was paired with Kane, The Big Show, or even Joey Mercury, he was not shown at his best. Despite a long reign as the top champion of his brand, leaving the group was one of the best things that could have happened to him.

8 Dean Ambrose

Throughout The Shield's dominant run in WWE, Rollins was mainly paired with Roman Reigns as his main tag team partner from the group. So, when he was paired with Dean Ambrose in 2018, many thought it would be a repeat success.

Despite winning the RAW Tag Team Championship together, Ambrose quickly turned on Rollins following the win, meaning their tag team stint only lasted one night. The brotherhood of The Shield cannot be denied, but this pairing was an unfortunate miss due to when it occurred.

7 Richie Steamboat

Before reaching the WWE main roster - or even beginning in NXT - Seth Rollins was one of the many wrestlers assigned to WWE's developmental territory in Florida Championship Wrestling.

While not much of Rollins' FCW stint is a part of his legacy, he did have a semi-successful run alongside Richie Steamboat where they held the FCW Tag Team Championship together. While not a big part of his history, this partnership showed that Rollins had the ability to show off his skills on the big stage.

6 Braun Strowman

Strowman Rollins Champions

While feuding over the Universal Championship in 2018, Braun Strowman and Seth Rollins were paired together for a quick tag team run. Despite wanting to face each other for the singles title while RAW Tag Team Champions together, they gelled well as a team and even defended their titles successfully, unlike some of Rollins' other teammates.

Rollins would wind up coming on top of the Universal Championship bout and the team was short-lived, but they showed sparks of being a long-term pairing that would have served both of them well.

5 Black and The Brave

While Rollins is most well-known for his run in top independent promotions and in WWE, he was a well-traveled independent wrestler who visited many promotions around the world.

Through his years as an unsigned wrestler, Rollins was a part of a team with Marek Brave, who he would eventually form a wrestling school with. Brave has retired from professional wrestling, but he did win multiple independent tag team reigns with Rollins long before he joined WWE.

4 Becky Lynch

While his partnership with Becky Lynch is not lined with championship gold, they have been able to transition their partnership to a much more important one outside of the ring. After confirming their relationship in 2019, WWE made it a part of in-ring action where they began to team together in mixed-tag action.

After winning their only matches alongside each other, they announced shortly afterward that they were expecting their first child together. With their family beginning, Lynch has taken a hiatus on her wrestling career, but fans hope that they will eventually enter the ring again together.

3 Murphy

Since teaming alongside The Monday Night Messiah, Murphy has been featured heavily on WWE programming, which is more than he had been before. The teaming of Rollins and Murphy has been at the forefront of Monday Night RAW for almost a year and has included a Tag Team Championship run, and multiple main events.

This pairing has been one of Rollins' longest, and the similarity of their in-ring styles makes them look like they could partner for a long time, and be very successful together.

2 Roman Reigns

As a part of The Shield, Seth Rollins was one-third of one of the most dominant factions in recent WWE history. While they ran through WWE's main event wrestlers, Rollins teamed with Roman Reigns for a very dominant Tag Team Championship run, which helped solidify them as potential main-event players in the future.

Reigns and Rollins were certainly poised for the main event later in their career, but it was their Tag Team run which helped fans see that. Despite only having one run together, it is widely considered as their best teaming during their tenure.

1 The Age of The Fall

As one of Ring of Honor's most brutal in-ring teams, The Age of The Fall was actually Seth Rollins' most successful team. Alongside Jimmy Jacobs, this group's violent attacks took ROH by storm and solidified Rollins as a big player in professional wrestling.

The Age of The Fall took their act across the country, became multi-time tag team champions, and helped showcase Rollins as a future star. No matter how big he gets in WWE, he will always have this pairing to thank for solidifying his status.
