Seth Rollins was asked during a WWE Backstage Q&A, if he could pick any two WWE Superstars to form new Shield faction with, who would he choose?

One of the most dominant factions in recent WWE history, The Shield ran rough-shot over the roster for years, that is until they broke up. Now, the possibility of a reunion is next to impossible considering Jon Moxley (Dean Amrbose) is in AEW. Add to that Rollins is transitioning over to a heel persona while Roman Reigns remains a babyface; Rollins would have to select new members if he were to reform the group.

After his appearance on WWE Backstage, he conducted a social media Q & A where one of the questions he got was, "If you could pick two wrestlers to form a new Shield, who would you pick and why?"

Saying he would never try to reform The Shield because the group could never be duplicated, he did name two stars to form a new group with. For his first answer, Rollins took the easy way out and said, "I think my fiance would beat me up if I didn't say her." That means, Becky Lynch would be one member. The other was a bit more surprising.

He had to think for a moment and asked himself out loud who a bad dude was. Ultimately, he decided, despite the fact he'd had his run-ins with this current star, he'd select him because he seems unbeatable. Rollins would choose The Fiend.

A WWE Faction That Will Never Happen

Considering this was a theoretical question, there's not really a chance this would ever happen, but WWE could only hope they never make that mistake. While fans are eager to see Rollins go heel, if Lynch and The Fiend were tied to him in a group, it would be a quick way to kill any momentum the Raw Women's Champ and the Universal Champion currently have. After all, Rollins is the chosen whipping boy of the WWE Universe right now.

Let's just hope this group never comes to be.
