Ever since Seth Rollins made his debut with WWE in 2012, he has been one of the top wrestlers on the roster. From when he was with The Shield to being the top heel to being the top face, Seth Rollins has been in some of WWE's biggest programs over the last 8 years.

Over that time, he has done some of the most treacherous acts WWE fans have seen and some of the most heroic things in the company over that time period. This has allowed audiences to see the huge difference between the two sides of him, with both providing some of the most memorable moments on WWE programming.

10 Heroic: Saved Daniel Bryan From The Authority

This list starts off with Seth Rollins' time with The Shield on the Raw after WrestleMania 30. Daniel Bryan had just won the WWE World Heavyweight Championship the night prior and was put into a match against Triple H for the title. Before the match began, Bryan was attacked by Kane, Batista, and Randy Orton.

It looked as though Triple H was going to easily defeat Bryan due to the attack, but The Shield came down to stop it from happening. Rollins and his Shield brethren had no affiliation with Bryan and actually a long history battling him but they still came to his aid.

9 Treacherous: Attacked Kevin Owens After Aligning With The AOP

On the November 25, 2019, edition of Monday Night Raw, AOP interrupted a match between Kevin Owens and Seth Rollins. They would go on to attack only Owens and not Rollins leaving Owens to believe Rollins was behind the attack.

For the next couple of weeks, Rollins would deny his association with The AOP, saying he had nothing to do with it. That changed on the December 9th, 2019 edition when he orchestrated another AOP attack on Owens and revealed himself as their leader.

8 Heroic: Saved Mick Foley From Triple H While Injured

After Seth Rollins suffered a knee injury at the hands of Samoa Joe, no one knew what came next for him. On March 13, 2017, Mick Foley drew the ire of Triple H and Stephanie McMahon and suffered an attack from The Game.

This made Seth Rollins come to the rescue, knee injury and all, putting his WrestleMania future on the line. He quickly gained the upper hand over Triple H before the tables were turned and The King of Kings injured Rollins's knee more. This didn't turn out well for Rollins but he displayed the bravery and selflessness fans loved him for.

7 Treacherous: Attacked CM Punk Enemies

Back to Seth Rollins' days with The Shield for this one. Immediately after The Shield debuted, they only attacked CM Punk's enemies. Despite the evidence pointing to the contrary, Rollins and company refuted that they had any affiliation with Punk.

Still, for multiple months, The Shield would attack Punk's opponents and help him retain the WWE Title on multiple occasions. On the Raw after the Royal Rumble 2013, Vince McMahon revealed footage of Paul Heyman paying The Shield, showing that they were indeed working for Punk all along.

6 Heroic: Slayed The King At WrestleMania 33

This again comes from Seth Rollins's rivalry with Triple H. Due to his' aforementioned knee injury, he was not cleared to compete at WrestleMania 33. He would not take no for an answer though, and he signed a contract to face Triple H in a non-sanctioned match.

Through his bravery, grit, and determination, Rollins was able to withstand the injury and defeat The King of Kings. This is a win that Rollins is most remembered for, as in most cases, this match would've never happened.

5 Treacherous: Attacked Kane's Already Injured Ankle

For a long time, Kane was Seth Rollins's greatest ally. He always made sure Rollins had the upper hand and was in his corner at many points, he even helped Rollins win the Money In The Bank briefcase which eventually led to Rollins winning the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.

Over time, Rollins became unappreciative of it. On the July 13th, 2015 edition of Raw, Kane was in Seth's corner for his contract signing for his match against Brock Lesnar at Battleground. Lesnar would attack Rollins and Kane, and in the midst of it, Kane suffered an ankle injury at the hands of Lesnar. Afterward, Rollins would angrily berate Kane and stomp on his already injured ankle.

4 Heroic: Slayed The Beast At SummerSlam 2019

Before Seth Rollins' scheduled match at SummerSlam 2019 against Brock Lesnar, he was the victim of a series of attacks by Lesnar. He was attacked again the Raw before SummerSlam, and it didn't seem like he had any chance against The Beast.

When SummerSlam came, Rollins fought valiantly and heroically against Lesnar, giving fans more hope with every minute of the match that ticked by. Ultimately, Rollins defeated Lesnar and won the Universal Championship.

3 Treacherous: Curb Stomped Randy Orton

On the October 20th, 2014 edition of Raw, Seth Rollins teamed with his fellow Authority members, Kane and Randy Orton, to take on John Cena and Dean Ambrose in a 3 on 2 handicap match.

The Authority functioned like a well-oiled machine throughout the match, with Randy Orton dealing the decisive blow of an RKO to Dean Ambrose for the win. But then, out of nowhere, Seth Rollins delivered a Curb Stomp to his teammate Orton. This being just another example that no one at no time should trust Rollins.

2 Heroic: Retained His Title Against Sting

It's kind of ironic that Seth Rollins' most heroic moment came as the top heel in the company. At Night of Champions 2015, Seth Rollins was forced to defend his United States Championship against John Cena, and his WWE World Heavyweight Championship against Sting in back to back matches.

His first match was against John Cena, which he ended up losing. Then after the match, Cena delivered an AA to an already beat up Rollins onto the floor. Rollins would go on to battle Sting and against all the odds, he retained his WWE World Heavyweight Championship.

1 Treacherous: Turned On The Shield

In one of the most treacherous moments in WWE history, Seth Rollins turned on his Shield brethren Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose on the June 2nd, 2014 edition of Raw.

The Shield ran roughshod together over WWE for nearly a year and a half and were just coming off one of their most impressive victories ever when they defeated Evolution at Payback 2014. They were again confronted by Evolution that night. Seth Rollins was revealed as Triple H's plan B and officially disbanded The Shield with chair shots to Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns.
