Sheamus mentioned in an interview that he and other League of Nations members faced Roman Reigns in 48 matches in six months, including the matches in house shows. They lost 43 of those matches, and the booking exasperated Sheamus.

5 Had A Real-Life Fight With Yoshi Tatsu

There are always two or more sides to every story. Sheamus had a real-life beef as well as fight with Yoshi Tatsu, who was a former WWE Superstar. Sheamus incidentally shared an apartment with Tatsu in the late 2000s, with Ted DiBiase Jr being the other housemate.

According to rumors, at one point, Ted and Tatsu were not happy with Sheamus because the latter was using his roommates' belongings, especially a protein shaker. When they questioned Sheamus about it, he got upset and got physical with Tatsu. Given Tatsu's background in Dojo and amateur boxing, he was rumored to have easily won the scuffle and embarrassed a much bigger Sheamus.

However, Sheamus begs to defer about the situation. The Celtic Warrior talked on Cory Graves's After The Bell podcast about his real-life beef as well as fight with Yoshi Tatsu. Sheamus incidentally shared an apartment with Tatsu along with Ted DiBiase Jr in the late 2000s.

According to The Celtic Warrior, Sheamus let Tatsu stay in their apartment because he didn't have a place to stay, but the latter wasn't contributing to paying bills. Consequently, he confronted him once and things got physical, as both men slapped each other.

4 WWE Wanted Him To Keep A Small Moustache After His Return In 2019

When Sheamus took a long break and came back with his old look in 2019, most fans certainly loved it. But WWE creative had initially planned a different look for him, which was certainly ridiculous.

Sheamus won the United States Championship at the Grandest Stage of Them All this year, securing his third reign with the gold. He dethroned Riddle as the champion. According to a backstage report, it wasn't the original plan for the match.

Riddle was set to retain the gold successfully but WWE altered the ending at the last minute. The decision was reportedly taken to stretch the feud between Riddle and Sheamus.
