Kane and Big Show WWE

Many would consider Big Show to be the greatest big man that has ever laced up a pair of boots. He's a tremendous wrestler who knew how to use his size to his advantage, against both smaller and bigger opponents. He was told by Stone Cold Steve Austin that Kane had stated he was the greatest big man of all time, which was some news that actually made Big Show get emotional.

The reason for that is because he feels that Kane is the greatest big man of all time! The compliment from Kane clearly meant a lot to him, which provided a really heartfelt moment.

9 How Long He Will Compete

Of course, at one stage in the interview, the conversation moved on to how long Big Show will continue wrestling. Having worked for over 20 years in the business, he has certainly put himself through plenty.

However, Show admitted that he is still having fun when he works, and he is enjoying helping out the current talent. While he admitted he cannot work a full schedule anymore, he did state he isn't retired yet. Big Show revealed he would like to work one more European tour at some point and do a bunch of tag team matches, which are less taxing for his body.

8 Big Show vs Shaq

While Big Show achieved tons throughout his career, the one match that got away was against Shaquille O'Neal. This was heavily teased at several points in WWE, but it sadly never came to be, with Big Show revealing the reason.

He simply put it down to Shaq's schedule being so crazy and busy that they just couldn't make it work. However, he did tease that Shaq recently told him they could still do it. Big Show then admitted that, if they were to have worked together, he would have liked it to be a tag team match so they could have had some people to bump around.

7 Dungeons And Dragons

When you think about the World's Largest Athlete, you picture him delivering huge chops, mammoth Chokeslams, and knockout punches. However, a story he told on this show highlighted a brand new side to him. Apparently, Big Show is a major Dungeons & Dragons fans, to the point where he flew into L.A. just to play a game, which lasted all day until the early hours of the morning.

If an image of Big Show playing Dungeons & Dragons isn't surprising enough, the people he was playing with make it even stranger. He enjoyed a game with Hollywood star Vince Vaughn and Rage Against The Machine's Tom Morello.

6 OVW

Big Show being demoted to Ohio Valley Wrestling during his early stages with WWE was a major moment in his career. He was essentially relegated to the developmental brand despite being a top tier talent.

Show admitted that happened because he returned from injury too soon and blew several spots during an important match with The Undertaker. This saw him go to OVW, but Big Show now looks back on that positively. He admits now that this pushed him to respect the business when he got back. He said that it pushed him and that he looks back proudly at the people he got to work with in developmental.

5 Advice From A Deadman

Speaking of The Undertaker, even though he messed up against him and ended up in OVW, Big Show praised him for how much he helped his career. Show revealed that Undertaker would give him constant advice during the early stages of his career.

This was to the point where Undertaker would be waiting for Big Show in Gorilla Position after matches. Big Show then admitted that if he knew he'd have a bad match, he would actually try to avoid Undertaker for five minutes before he would get told off.

4 His Greatest Opponent

Throughout Big Show's career, he has worked with some of the greatest wrestlers of all time. Whether it be WCW stars like Sting and Hulk Hogan, or Attitude Era legends like The Rock and The Undertaker.

3 His Toughest Opponent

While John Cena might be Big Show's greatest opponent, his toughest opponent might surprise people. In terms of who he felt like he had been through a physical war with after a match, Big Show named Sheamus as the man.

The Celtic Warrior is well-known for being a stiff worker and putting people through their paces, and, clearly, he did that with Big Show, as well. The World's Largest Athlete admitted he used to be covered in bruises after facing Sheamus, praising him for his work and attitude.

2 Working Like A Giant

Something else that Big Show discussed was the fact he struggled to work like a giant for the early stages of his career. He spoke about the difficulty of telling people what to do and how to be dominant in matches, revealing who taught him how.
