This Sunday, Oct. 22, 2017, the Raw brand will be having their next pay-per-view event at the Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. One of the many matches on the TLC card will see Alexa Bliss putting her Raw Women's Championship belt on the line against Mickie James.

Bliss has never been one to talk nice about her opponents, and the promos leading up this Sunday's match have been no different. Throughout the weeks, Bliss took every opportunity to point out how old James is with plenty of one-liners, and in one segment she even sent James a box of Depends and a walker.

With all the jokes and comments, you would think that Mickie James was a 70-year-old woman, hunched back, slowly walking back to the WWE ring after decades away from the organization. Whereas the truth is that she is only 38-years-old and it was as recent as 2010 that she last wrestled in the WWE.

And in case you didn't know,  these are five current WWE Superstars who are actually older than Miss James.

5. BROCK LESNAR (40)

Why not start with the current WWE Universal Champion? Brock Lesnar turned 40 this past July 12, and that makes him a good two years older than Mickie James. But, you don't see his opponents sending him boxes of depends.

Now he did recently lose two matches to Goldberg before beating him at WrestleMania 33. But Goldberg is 50 so in that scenario, The Beast is still the young pup of the two! Although, not as young a pup as he was on August 25, 2002, when he defeated The Rock at SummerSlam to become the, at the time, youngest ever WWE Champion.

4. BOBBY ROODE (40)

On a recent episode of SmackDown Live, Michael Cole referred to Bobby Roode as "a young man." However, The "Glorious One" is another 40-year-old superstar. He hit the big four-oh back in May.

You might have thought he was younger than that because he only did one year in NXT and has only been up in the WWE for about a month or so. However, before signing with the WWE and starting in NXT Roode spent 12 years in TNA from 2004 to 2016.  He even fought some matches with the WWE before that between 1998 and 2004, although they were mostly dark matches.

3. TAMINA (39)

That's right, Mickie James isn't even the oldest woman on the current WWE roster. Tamina, daughter of former superstar Jimmy Snuka and member of the Anoa'i wrestling Family, is 39-years-old and will be turning 40 in January 2018.

Not only is she older than James, but she was already 32-years-old when she made her debut in the WWE on the May 24, 2010, episode of Raw. Which could help to explain why her age isn't part of her perception.

Mickie James, however, has been on the wrestling scene since 1999 when she was only 20 years old, Tamina still feels "young" because we have only been seeing her for seven years. But the fact is she is older than James.

2. MATT HARDY (43)

The older half of the Hardy Boyz just turned 43 in September (the younger half, Jeff Hardy turned 40 this year). Matt Hardy started off as a jobber in the WWE back in 1994 and over the course of the next 23 years, has seen him and his brother become one of the winningest tag teams of all in the organization as well as being a part of some of the most legendary ladder matches ever, setting the bar for all to come.

Of course, he had a great run in TNA as well with his "Broken" gimmick that the WWE universe is waiting for him to bring to his current run in the WWE (if it can ever get out from under its current legal ownership battle).

If Sheamus (39-years-old) and Cesaro had given Matt or Jeff a walker during their feud earlier this year, The Hardy Boyz would have probably just put it on top of a ladder and jumped off it!

1. CHRIS JERICHO (46)

Sure, he may not currently be part of the roster, but Chris Jericho's most recent run only ended a few months ago, and it was arguably his best yet. The alliance and eventual break-up with "best friend" Kevin Owens and the List of Jericho were both great angles and a huge hit with fans.

And he is turning 47 in just a few weeks! And we don't remember any promos about him being too old to wear a jacket with lights all over it or anyone asking him if scarves were even invented when he was a kid.
