On the most recent episode of Raw, Baron Corbin shocked everyone when he showed up bald. The former Lone Wolf, now Constable of WWE, was widely known for his long, but thinning hair and he would often take some heat for it on social media. It was a matter of time before he decided to do something and his new job position appeared to be the catalyst for a change.

Because Corbin's new look was so newsworthy, it got us to thinking.. what other moments existed in WWE that were all about someone going bald and it becoming a defining moment on WWE programming? Sure, Triple H, Steve Austin, The Undertaker and others once had long hair and then showed up bald. (Undertaker is now back to his long do). Even Shawn Michaels recently made news for cutting off his signature hairstyle. But, what moments really stand out on WWE programming?

Here are just a few of the most signature head-shaving moments in WWE history.

Big Show

On the September 23, 2004 edition of SmackDown, WWE offered a segment unlike anything they'd ever done on television before. After all hell broke loose in a tag match, Kurt Angle shot Big Show with a tranquilizer dart and after Big Show faded away Angle shaved his head.

One of the funniest moments during the entire bit was while Big Show was supposed to be unconscious and at the mercy of Luther Reigns who took a turn cutting his hair, you could easily hear Big Show say "careful" knowing that one miscalculation could mean a sharp pair of scissors to the back of his skull.

Serena Deeb

After admitting that she was having trouble wrestling her demons and not being an addict, CM Punk decided that Serena Deeb needed to make a devotion to the Straight Edge Lifestyle and prove to Punk that she was willing to make a sacrifice and accept him as her savior. She willingly let Punk shave her head in what was an entertaining but also somewhat controversial segment.

Deeb didn't stick around much longer after this segment and the Straight Edge Society eventually disbanded, but it was a female competitor in WWE both really getting into a storyline and newer talent trying to do what it took to move up the card in WWE.

Vince McMahon

The Battle of the Billionaires that took place at WrestleMania 23 is looked back at now as the WWE pay-per-view that included the current President of the United States, which in and of itself is quite amazing when you think about it. A far more entertaining aspect of that event was the match that saw Vince McMahon's Umaga lose to Donald Trump's Bobby Lashley.

The loser of the match would see their representatives head get shaved and while the fans would have loved to see Trump lose his signature 'do, it didn't work out that way. Vince was the unlucky rep proving that there's nothing he won't do for ratings.

Eugene

As the promotion towards the Donald Trump and Vince McMahon match was taking place, Vince thought it would be a good idea to provide a display of his power by shaving the head of one of his WWE Superstars. He chose Eugene.

For those who don't remember Eugene, he was the nephew of Eric Bischoff who was also special needs and somehow an in-ring savant that could win matches. The gimmick really didn't have a long-term shelf life but while he was there, he was both controversial and entertaining. This wasn't long before he was gone from WWE.

Molly Holly

After her loss at WrestleMania 20 to Victoria, Molly Holly not only didn't win the Women's Championship back, she had her head shaved. It wasn't controversial, but it was definitely something fans had really never seen before on a female in WWE so it caught a lot of attention.

The good news was, Molly Holly has a fabulously shaped head and you have to wonder if they knew that before she agreed to go through with it. She lost none of her sex appeal and actually gained a ton of notoriety for the move.

Kurt Angle

In one of the funniest head shavings in WWE, Kurt Angle lost his Hair vs. Hair match to Edge at Judgment Day 2002. Kurt did everything he could to avoid Edge, even trying to turn the tables and shave Edge's signature long locks. Ultimately, it didn't work and the WWE Universe was introduced to the look everyone knows Angle for so well.

Kurt never went back to having hair and it would be hard to imagine Angle not as the bald Olympic champion.
