Ever since the women's revolution happened in WWE, the Women's Division has accomplished a lot of things in a very short period of time. Some of these things seemed pretty much impossible at one point, but due to WWE's commitment to their Women's Division, its stars have created history many times.

From not even getting screen time on the weekly shows to reaching the main event of WrestleMania, the women of WWE now hold many records. But there is still a lot left for these stars to accomplish in the company. While some of these things may happen sooner rather than later, others may take a while.

7 Main Event SummerSlam

2016 was the first time when the women main-evented a WWE pay-per-view. It was during Hell in a Cell, where Charlotte and Sasha Banks fought it out for the Raw Women's Championship. Since then, the women have main-evented every pay-per-view that are a part of the big four, except for SummerSlam.

Due to the fact that these superstars have already headlined many WWE PPVs, it wouldn't be surprising if these women accomplish this feat as soon as this year's upcoming show.

6 Become The Face Of WWE

This will be a huge accomplishment for the women, but it's also the one that's unlikely to happen anytime soon. Wrestling, by tradition, has unfortunately always been viewed as a men's sport.

It was only in the last few years that the women started shining in WWE. The company started taking their female stars seriously and because of that, they accomplished so much. Even though stars like Becky Lynch, Sasha Banks, and Ronda Rousey have been the face of the women's division, none of them became WWE's true face. Lynch arguably came the closest, but she didn't really have a shot at usurping Roman Reigns as the face of the company.

5 A Proper Cinematic Match

While Money in the Bank 2020 featured a cinematic match for both ladder matches, it's not the same as getting a one-on-one cinematic match, similar to The Undertaker vs. AJ Styles, for instance.

A part of this has to do with the lack of supernatural female characters in WWE. While Alexa Bliss has that sort of a gimmick, WWE hasn't really done a cinematic match involving her yet. The most she did was bounce between characters during a match against Nikki Cross. But fans would like to see women participate in a proper cinematic match.

4 60-Minute Iron Woman Match

WWE has only done two Iron Woman matches in history. The first one happened in 2015 at NXT TakeOver: Respect and was arguably the best women's wrestling match of all time. The second Iron Woman match happened next year at the Roadblock pay-per-view where Charlotte beat Banks for the Raw Women's Title. Both of these matches were 30-Minute Iron Woman matches.

In the past, these matches were usually done for 60 minutes. If WWE books two great female talents in a 60-Minute Iron Woman match and they put together a great bout, it would be a pretty big accomplishment for the women.

3 A Weekly Show

For many years, WWE women were excluded from becoming a regular part of their weekly programming. Even at times when female stars did appear on television, they were mainly used to please the male audience. But since times have changed, it would make sense if these women get a show of their own.

WWE has already done an all-women pay-per-view back in 2018, but it'll be great if they now do an all-women wrestling show. It doesn't need to be on television, as even a WWE Network special would do. It'll allow the women to get more screen time and control over their brand and presentation.

2 Get Paid The Same As Male Superstars

ronda rousey

Ronda Rousey, Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair have been the best paid women in WWE, but those figures pale in comparison to what their male counterparts have been making for several years.

This isn't something WWE would do for their female stars for the sake of doing, but they could try to change things a little bit. Equality in wrestling is one thing but unless the company actually treats its women wrestlers like a big deal, a proper shift in the balance of wrestling will be difficult.

1 Win The WWE Championship

The WWE Championship is arguably the most prestigious title in sports entertainment, especially in the eyes of a casual fan. Many legends have won the championship in the past, but the title has never been lifted off by female talent.

There were allegedly plans at one point for Chyna to become the first-ever female superstar to become WWE Champion but there was one condition: she couldn't do a photoshoot for Playboy magazine. Chyna rejected the offer and did the photoshoot. Since then, WWE has never thought of making a female star their World Champion. These claims all stem from Chyna's manager Anthony Anzaldo.
