She might not be on most people's wrestling radar, but Madison Rayne was a TNA Knockout's Champion and a staple of the Knockout's Women's Division on Impact for some time, and now she's training at WWE's Performance Center. She left the company in July and rumors have quietly swirled that ever since her departure, the WWE has been keeping an eye on her.
PWInsider.com is reporting that they won't have to look far to see how's she doing. It is being noted that she's been at the WWE Performance Center training this week.
This doesn't necessarily mean that she'll be signing with the WWE, but it could mean a one-off match on an NXT taping or she's simply being thrown a solid favor if the WWE wants to have a look at her for something down the road. After all, Serena Deeb and Austin Aries have both been seen at the WWE Performance Center recently as well.
Rayne has been wrestling for over a decade and would bring a wealth of experience to the females currently on the NXT roster. Should she get a shot and work out, it wouldn't be a stretch to consider her a candidate to get a call-up in the Women's Division on either Raw or SmackDown Live.

She's held multiple titles in TNA and been known for her time as part of the Beautiful People faction along with Velvet Sky and Angelina Love. As far as decorated females go in the wrestling industry, she's logged a lot of miles in different companies and could be a useful asset to the WWE in many capacities.
Her name recognition might not draw a huge audience, but NXT is starving for some experienced talent and Rayne would fit in nicely.
