At various points in history, Impact Wrestling has had some of the greatest professional wrestlers in history on their roster. With homegrown wrestlers like AJ Styles and Samoa Joe at the helm, and seasoned talent like Sting and Kurt Angle, there were many Impact World Champions who helped to bring the brand forward.

However, there were also many wrestlers in other divisions helping to move the company onwards and upwards, even if they had never won a World Championship before. While many of these wrestlers have moved on from Impact, they were still able to amass many reigns with other championships over the years. The only question is, should any of them have been able to win a World Championship in their TNA careers?

10 Christopher Daniels - 12

TNA: AJ Styles vs. Christopher Daniels

Whether fans know him as The Fallen Angel, a member of SoCal Uncensored or as the King of the Indies, Christopher Daniels has had one hell of a career. With a career spanning over three decades he has compiled a great resume, including a long tenure in TNA. Daniels was able to win close to every championship in TNA, including four reigns as X Division Champion.

Unfortunately, Daniels was never able to procure the TNA World Heavyweight Championship in his runs with TNA, despite having many brushes with the main event level. Daniels feuded with many World Champions but always came up short. However, there is still no denying Daniels' success despite not winning "the big one"

9 Gail Kim - 8

Impact Wrestling has made it known that they are not afraid to break barriers by putting their top-tier championship on women following Tessa Blanchard's Impact Championship reign. If they were to continue this trend, then their top Knockout's Champion of all time would be at the top of the list for a World Championship reign.

Gail Kim was able to parlay a mishandled WWE career into a star-making turn in Impact Wrestling, where she was utilized to her full potential. Unfortunately, by the time she announced her formal retirement in 2017, Impact Wrestling was not ready to be as progressive as they were later. Had they been ready, Kim would certainly have been first in line.

8 Low Ki - 8

Low Ki in his TNA run

As one of the pioneers of TNA and the X Division, Low Ki has a special place in the company's history books. His matches alongside AJ Styles and Jerry Lynn in the early days of the company helped bring a lot of eyes to TNA, particularly because of how different his in-ring style was compared to other wrestlers. With swift kicks and hard-hitting strikes, Low Ki was certainly one of a kind.

Unfortunately for him, it seemed that his size and height has held him back through his career, as he has never been given a shot at the main event level. As a multi-time X Division and Tag Team Champion, Low Ki did experience success in TNA but was never able to break out of those divisions.

7 Kazarian - 8

Kazarian in ROH

Kazarian has been able to make a name for himself as a tag team wrestler and is experiencing one of the best runs of his career in AEW alongside Christopher Daniels. Despite having plenty of career experience across his independent career - and a long tenure in TNA - he has never been able to break out of the light-heavyweight divisions.

While he has proven that he has the commitment and drive to hold a company on his shoulders, even TNA was reluctant to give him the opportunity to hold their Heavyweight Championship. Kazarian still has a lot of years ahead of him but has already spent enough time in TNA that the likelihood of him becoming World Champion now is getting lower as time goes on.

6 Angelina Love - 7

With multiple returns to TNA under her belt and the second-most reigns as TNA Knockouts Champion, Angelina Love has proved her dominance in the ring. With plenty of clout to her record and many wins over TNA's Knockout elite, she has plenty of claim to continuing the trend of women holding TNA's top championship.

Love has not appeared for Impact Wrestling since 2017 and has maintained a career in Ring of Honor over the last few years. However, should she ever decide to return to TNA for one final run, her multiple championship reigns could point towards her following in Tessa Blanchard's footsteps.

5 Jay Lethal - 7

Through his record-breaking runs as Ring of Honor World Champion, Jay Lethal has proven that he has the ability to hold a company on his shoulders and be successful. Combine that with the fact that he has held the X Division Championship six times, and he could have made a great TNA Champion. Unfortunately, TNA did not see the same in him.

Despite having considerable skills in the ring and on the microphone, Lethal was never able to get out of the X Division. While spending time in the high-flying division at its peak is nothing to be upset about, he surely would have been home as the top championship holder for the company.

4 Hernandez - 7

Spending time in and out of Impact Wrestling has been Hernandez's MO over the past decade, and it unfortunately has not led to him joining the top of the card. While he has maintained a career as a prolific tag team wrestler in TNA, he has never won a singles championship with the company.

In 2008, he vied for his first shot at a World Championship but failed to procure it. Since then, his singles career has only gone downwards in TNA, and he remains World Championship-less. Despite his size and strength being a sure-fire draw for him to become a World Champion, he has struggled to obtain it.

3 Madison Rayne - 7

The Knockout's Championship has had numerous title holders over the years, but a handful of women have held the championship many more times than others. As one of the title holders with the second-most combined days as champion, Madison Rayne has made her stake as one of the most dominant champions the company has ever seen.

These days, Madison has found a new role as a commentator for Impact Wrestling, but there is nothing ruling out a return to the ring for her in the future. If she was to return, she may be able to continue the trend of females winning the World Championship. Unfortunately for her trophy case, Impact was not up on this trend during her in-ring career.

2 Brother Devon - 5

D-Von Dudley

While Bully Ray was able to transition from a tag team specialist into a World Champion during his TNA run, Brother Devon was not as lucky. Following three tag team championship wins as The Dudley Boys, both men worked as a singles wrestler, but only one of them can be considered to be most successful. Devon has always excelled most as a tag team wrestler, and his singles TNA run proves it.

With only a Television Championship run to his record beyond his tag team reigns, Devon was never able to win a World Championship in his career, including in TNA. While it has nothing to do with his in-ring abilities, Devon was never as successful as his "brother" outside of their tag team.

1 Davey Richards - 5

Davey Richards is certainly not the most popular man in wrestling, but his trophy case is impressive. As a multi-time Impact Tag Team Champion, he has proven he has the skills to put on great matches in the ring. Furthermore, his Ring of Honor run proved that he has the abilities to have a long run as a World Champion.

TNA management only seemed to see potential in Richards as a Tag Team competitor, while his Wolves partner Eddie Edwards has been able to have his own run Impact World Champion. However, he has not appeared for the company since 2017, and has announced his retirement multiple times since then, so fans may have seen the last of him in the company.
