You may know how many members are in the Kiss my Ass Club (and if you don't, you will), but do you know what percentage of Vince's wrestlers were found to having used steroids after Chris Benoit's death? A statistic that while I assure you is incredibly shocking, also had a pretty big role in making Vince realize that things needed to change in the business.

12 12. Six Members of the Kiss My Ass Club

You aren’t going to be able to talk about Vince McMahon for long without getting to the Kiss My Ass Club, so you may as well open with it! The ‘club’ was opened by Vince in 2001, with the idea being that certain wrestlers would need to show their respect to Vince by kissing his ass. The first inductee was William Regal and since him, five others have been able to join the club, including Jim Ross, Shawn Michaels, Shane McMahon, Mick Foley, and hopefully it's final member, Hornswoggle back in 2008.

11 11. Three Weeks: How Long Million Dollar Mania Lasted

When you have been around for as long as the WWE has, you are definitely going to come across ideas that you realize after were probably not the best. In 2009, Vince McMahon decided that he was going to give away $1,000,000 live on RAW to a random fan (provided they register online). This was a stupid idea from the outset, so you may not be shocked to learn it got cancelled after three weeks. The contest came to an abrupt end when an ‘explosion’ occurred on stage, leading to Vince being crushed. Thankfully he was able to survive this fake explosion and come back to television in the near future, but the idea clearly did not survive the operating room.

10 10. 14 Days: How Long Vince was "Dead"

If you decide that you want to do a wrestling angle where you pretend to explode in a limousine, how long do you think you need to keep the act up?

Vince entered his limo on June 11th, 2007, but the limo exploded! Vince was presumed dead, but on June 25th, Vince had to make an abrupt return to television after the Chris Benoit murder-suicide. Awkward timing.

Vince later returned to television in a more consistent role on August 6th, claiming that he faked his own death to find out what his family really thought of him. A weak explanation for one of the worst angles in wrestling history.

9 9. 16: Age Vince Met Linda

Talk about hoping you get it right the first time! Vince and Linda McMahon have been married since 1966. At the very least, you need to give the relationship a heck of a lot of credit to be able to still be going today, especially with all the ups and downs that have accompanied their lives. The two met in a church when Vince was 16 years old and Linda was only 13. A few years later, the couple were married and have remained together ever since.

8 8. 90 Hour Work Week

This is how many hours Vince McMahon had to work when he was struggling to keep things afloat in 1976. Vince took a job at a quarry, while Linda was at home pregnant with Stephanie. It’s hard to imagine someone with a net-worth the size of McMahon’s having gone through such struggles, but there is no doubt that the level of work ethic paid off for Vince. It was in 1979 that Vince decided he wanted to try and start his own wrestling company.

7 7. 40% of Vince's Roster Used Steroids

There is no denying that Chris Benoit is one of the most talented wrestlers of all time. There is also no way to deny that his life ended in a horrific way. The murder-suicide of his son and wife left a bad taste in everyone’s mouth and caused the world to look at the league and the usage of steroids in professional wrestling. The Oversight and Government Reform Committee looked into how prevalent it was and both McMahon’s testified for the documents. It was found that 75 wrestlers had tested positive, or roughly, 40% of the roster, since 2006. This can’t all be placed on Vince’s company though, as the committee also looked into TNA.

6 6. 40% Attendance: XFL Figures

There comes a point where you may find yourself having so much money that you don't know what to do with it. In 1999, Vince McMahon decided that it would be a cool idea to start up his own football league, deemed the XFL, or ‘Xtreme Football League', which opened in 2001.

The league only lasted for one year with an approximate average of 40% attendance. When you’re staring at more empty seats than people, it is easy to see why the league disbanded.

5 5. 47 Foot Sports Yacht

I don’t know what blew me away more, the fact that Vince has a 47-foot yacht or the fact that he named it Sexy Bitch! Vince clearly isn’t afraid to spend his money and also owns several homes, including a $40 million mansion in Greenwich, Connecticut. Given that he’s still worth over a billion dollars,  it should be clear why he is considered to be one of the most successful businessmen of all time.

4 4. Two: The Numer of Championships Vince Has Won 

Vince McMahon may be a world-class businessman, but that also didn’t stop him from taking home two separate championships.

Vince won the WWE Championship against Triple H in 1999, after having help from Steve Austin. He vacated the title the following day, but still continued a feud with Triple H that lasted a few months until they fought in a No Holds Barred match.

That experience must have been fun for Vince, because he decided in 2007 that he wanted to also win the ECW Championship. Again using help, Vince defeated Bobby Lashley in a 3-on-1 Handicap match and held the belt until Lashley got him in a Street Fight match during One Night Stand to take the title back.

3 3. 12: Age When Vince First Met His Father

Vince McMahon grew up in North Carolina and his biological father left the family when Vince was just a baby. His father, also named Vince McMahon, took Vince’s older brother with him. As a result, Vince grew up with various step-fathers, one of whom used to beat Vince’s mother and would go after Vince if he tried to step in. When asked about it, Vince stated:

“It is unfortunate that he died before I could kill him. I would have enjoyed that."

Yikes! I’m sure the world is very glad that he was able to help create the WWE and not spend his life in jail for murder.

Vince eventually met his biological father at the age of twelve.

2 2. WrestleMania III Attendance: 93,173

When Vince McMahon took over Capitol Wrestling Co. from his father, he was 37 years old and had aspirations on how he wanted the wrestling business to grow. He founded the WWE and started promoting his brand all over the Northeast. Before this, wrestling federations were generally contained to specific territories that weren’t supposed to be crossed. Vince didn’t care and with the help of stars like Hulk Hogan, the WWE continued to grow.

93,173 fans is the reported number that attended WrestleMania III. Truly an astonishing number to get in an arena, even today, and a true representation of just how big of a brand Vince was starting to build. Of course, this number was surpassed this year in Dallas but WrestleMania III really showed the growth of Vince's company.

1 1. 26 Years: Vince's Announcing Career

For newer fans to the wrestling world, they may be shocked to find out that Vince McMahon was an announcer for 26 years with the company. Vince started the job in 1971 after then-announcer, Ray Morgan, left the company right before a show over a pay-dispute. Vince took over the spot for the night, eventually becoming the regular play-by-play announcer for the company. Vince kept the position until November 1997. While he may have been a heel in the ring, Vince was primarily a baby-face announcer.
