The WWE has to maintain the balance of popular Superstars who the crowd cheers on constantly, and they need the guys to always play the evil villain.

Like any good movie, television show, or form of sports entertainment, everyone needs the good vs. bad. In WWE, it's very simple to find wrestlers who the crowd cheers for. Finding excellent heels, on the other hand, is easier said than done.

Sure, you can bring out anybody, have them insult the faces and fans, and people will boo them. But you have to be able to make everyone despise you if you want to be a star heel in the WWE.

Edge and Chris Jericho were excellent on the mic and always got in the way of John Cena and The Undertaker. That made it easy for them to be heels.

John Bradshaw Layfield (JBL), The Authority, Vince McMahon, and many others have just had to trash talk the crowd significantly and portray themselves as being higher up than everyone else around them.

To be a great heel, you need to master a lot of things. Since WWE is really scripted, choreographed entertainment, you shouldn't have a problem finding folks involved in the music or movie business to do that.

Kevin Federline, David Arquette, and Dennis Rodman were some of the celebrities who turned to pro wrestling, even if their tenures were easy to forget. But what if McMahon and co. decided to recruit some new bad guys by turning to some of the biggest names in the world?

If that were to ever happen, here are the 15 Superstars they would need to bring on.

16 15. Gwyneth Paltrow

Gwyneth Paltrow is often among the most hated celebrities, and even tops some lists. I personally don't have anything against her, but since so many others do, she's earned a spot here.

She was brought up wealthy, so there's jealousy among her Hollywood co-stars. She's had everything she wanted from day one. She's known to being conceded and complained about how Hollywood is tougher than being a mother. Yeah, okay.

Plus, she insulted Reese Witherspoon for doing "stupid comedies" to make money. Hey Gwyneth, everyone does that. Use your insults and join the WWE as a top heel!

14 14. Bill Maher

Opinionated people are like Donald Trump supporters, you love them or you hate them.

Bill Maher is one of the most out-spoken people in the entertainment industry. He's a hard left-wing politician, something half of Americans and probably 70 percent of Canadians are.

Though people are inclined to their own religious beliefs, Maher feels the need to run down basically every one imaginable. Sounds like he needs to use his insults on a WWE microphone.

Plus, fans would love to see Brock Lesnar give him an F5.

13 13. Chris Brown

Chris Brown kind of did something to his ex-girlfriend, Rihanna, that only the absolute worst and most cowardly men do.

The popular singer has lost a lot of respect from his peers, and rightfully so. Still, this guy just seems to think he can do whatever he wants and no matter what the media says, he's still perfect and invincible.

Sounds like the important qualities of a major heel Superstar. If Brown were to enter wrestling, he'd be the most hated on the roster immediately.

12 12. Ariana Grande

One of the typical young-and-famous pop stars that's already letting fame get to her head should become the next heel Diva of WWE.

Ariana Grande has made massive headlines for being obnoxious to her fans: She storms away from them, yells at them, and doesn't seem to show a lot of respect for the people that make her famous and filthy rich.

Stephanie McMahon's character involves telling the fans to respect her for making their company relevant. Grande should join forces with her, since she's like this in real life, no?

11 11. Shia LaBeouf

Shia LaBeouf was a popular star in the early 2000s, with his lead role in Even Stevens. Ever since, it just seems like he's losing more and more fans.

Well, that's what happens when you show up at a red carpet event with a paper bag over your head that reads "I am not famous anymore," leave a bunch of interview conferences, and get into scuffles with people at bars around the world.

It's pretty simple here. If people don't like you, perhaps you should just join WWE. You'll draw the hatred pretty quickly.

10 10. Miley Cyrus

The Hannah Montana star and one of the most popular singers around the world, Miley Cyrus, has lost respect and love from some fans, while earning a lot of hatred from other celebrities.

Kelly Osbourne, Katy Perry, and Joan Rivers were critical of some of her past performances where she may have gone a little far in revealing herself. I personally believe Cyrus is an easy celebrity to admire based on her actual personality and talents, but it seems like there isn't a sign of the haters reducing.

So with that, sign her WWE. She'll be a loved-and-hated figure, kind of like John Cena. Who doesn't want that?

9 9. Anne Hathaway

Despite great performances in The Dark Knight Rises and Les Misérables, the lovely Anne Hathaway doesn't seem to be as respected as the likes of Jennifer Lawrence.

Pity, because she's great. It seems as though people don't like her because of her "goody two-shoes" appearance. She has been said to always "sucked up to the directors," like many Divas have allegedly done with Vince McMahon.

We can see a storyline where she comes in, sucks up to Mr. McMahon and The Authority and persuades them into making decisions, which would make the crowd angry.

8 8. Mel Gibson

The Braveheart star has had a troubled past with DUIs and Anti-Semitic remarks. Let's be honest, there's no reason to discriminate certain races, religions. or groups (Hi, Donald Trump. I'll deal with you later).

Mel Gibson has stayed out of the Hollywood spotlight for quite some time, but that doesn't mean people have forgotten what he did. Gibson is as controversial as it comes, plain and simple.

He could totally come in and do what he loves doing best: Bash people. Of course, he could just insult the fans over and over again to the point where he'd emerge as a top heel for the company.

7 7. Simon Cowell

Simon Cowell will always be remembered as the "mean" judge on American Idol who destroyed the hopes and dreams of countless singers.

For those reasons alone, Cowell has been disliked by many people across the world. Even though it's part of his job, and he's not as outspoken as others, he's still not winning a lot of fans.

And for that, he could easily have terrific microphone skills. Maybe he wouldn't have to be an in-ring performer, but an Eric Bischoff-like character would be great for Cowell.

6 6. Charlie Sheen

Charlie Sheen went from a major star on Two and a Half Men to having serious problems, though he's been doing a lot better of late.

He was reportedly violent with many women in past relationships. He had his kids taken away from him for his drinking problems. Sheen, who was once well liked, became a hated celebrity rather quickly.

Are you also seeing a Hulk Hogan story here? Hogan was at the top of the wrestling world, then turned heel by joining the nWo. Sheen would automatically became a major heel if he were to join.

I think he's free, Mr. McMahon...

5 5. Daniel Tosh

I'll be honest, I used to dislike Daniel Tosh and was annoyed any time he was on television in my house. Then I grew up. I decided he was a funny person and even though I didn't like what he said, it was all true.

People don't want to hear the truth, but Tosh is as honest as it comes. He made an awful rap joke during a show at The Laugh Factory some time ago, a very sensitive topic that is never funny in any way.

That being said, Tosh is still a great comedian, but a lot of people hate him. He'd be a great anti-hero in the WWE.

4 4. The Kardashians

Fifty percent of you are with me on this and fifty percent of you now hate me.

The Kardashians are the most over-covered, over-blown, over-talked, and overrated celebrities to ever exist. They've literally done nothing of note and have become incredibly famous.

With Kim Kardashian's controversial photo shoots in the past, some have respected her and some have ripped her. It's safe to say that if they were to join the WWE as a Kardashian faction, they'd bring in ratings, as well as a lot of boos.

3 3. Kanye West

Kanye West

Speaking of loud-mouthed, arrogant celebrities with as much hatred as love around them, we come to Kanye West.

West has done a lot of controversial things, like going up on stage and expressing disgust over Taylor Swift winning an award over Beyonce. His recent tweet about defending Bill Cosby didn't help him much either.

West, like Ric Flair, wants us to think he's a limousine-riding, jet-flying, kiss-stealing, wheeling-dealing, son of a gun. Given his major hot-shot attitude and arrogance, who doesn't want to see this in WWE?

2 2. Donald Trump

He would normally be number one, but guys in their 60s don't become WWE Superstars when they're busy making the most controversial run for President in history.

Donald Trump is, what Jeb Bush called, "a jerk." In the 2010s, Trump had nerve enough to blame the American problems on Muslims and Mexicans. I'll let my bias get in the way and just say he's a major jerk.

He wants to #MakeAmericaGreatAgain. Maybe he should #MakeWWEGreatAgain by joining The Authority to remind us of his billionaire status like his pal Vince McMahon does.

1 1. Justin Bieber

Justin Bieber is one unique character.

On top of the world, he's gotten into trouble with the law. Speeding, drunk driving, throwing eggs at a neighbor's home, starting fights, and spray-painting graffiti across the world have made him controversial.

Yes, people want to be in their early 20s with millions of dollars and be able to hand-pick their girl as easily as he does, but he's still a, well, really conceded guy.

Everyone knows Bieber. Everyone hates Bieber. Put him in the WWE and he'll either become your next Rock or your next Hulk Hogan of the nWo.
