It can be hard to think of all the amazing WWE Divas that have been in the WWE and decide on who your favorite one of all time is. Do you try and pick the one that had the coolest finishing move? How about the one who was always able to cut a great promo when it mattered most? Maybe your favorite Diva was whichever one was the most likely to have a wardrobe malfunction that night! No matter who your favorite was, there is no doubting that WWE Divas had to go through a lot of work to look the way they do.
In the ring, many of these girls have excelled, winning championships and helping shape the division of women’s wrestling. Out of the ring, ALL of these women have turned heads with their stunning looks and features. Which is why were are here today: to give you a look at the women or WWE, past and present, and how the looked both in and out of the ring.
Not only are we talking countless hours training in the gym, but those wrestling outfits cannot be comfortable. Sure that spandex looks appealing, but as you’re about to find out, they’re just as beautiful when you take them out of the ring. We’ve compiled 15 of the best photos we can find of these women, both in and outside of the ring. We aren’t sure what style will be your preference, but I assure you looking at 30 of the best photos that these Divas have to offer is going to be worth your time.
Spoiler alert: They look beautiful both ways!
Edge may have been the Rated R Superstar, but his path in the WWE was definitely aided by the firey-redhead, Lita. Lita only spent six years with the company, from 2000 to 2006, but her impact was strong enough to land her a role in the WWE Hall of Fame. Lita’s appearance in the WWE was also strengthened due to her role in Team Xtreme alongside the Hardy brothers. While she was no stranger to controversy, including a real-life affair on Matt Hardy with Edge, Lita was still able to capture the fans attention. Whether that was for her looks or her talent in the ring is up to you!
Backstage, Melina was notorious for not being able to get along with other Divas. In the ring, though, she helped manage Joey Mercury and Johnny Nitro to three reigns as Tag Team Champions. She’s also won the WWE Women’s Championship three-times and the WWE Divas Championship twice, so at the very least you need to respect her in-ring ability (…or her ability to suck up). Outside of the ring, fans were especially drawn to her for her flexibility, which also happened to make for a memorable ring entrance.
13. Mickie James
As you can see from the above photo, Mickie James may have spent some time in the WWE, but that is not where she ended up. James was with the company for several years, including winning the WWE Women’s Championship five times. When she left the company in 2009, she went to TNA, where she has also found success in the ring.
2009 may have seemed like a down-year, but to her credit she was also able to be ranked as the number one female wrestler by Pro Wrestling Illustrated. If you want to appreciate Mickie in an entirely new way, you may also want to spend some time checking out her two music albums that came out in 2010 and 2013.
12. Nikki Bella
As a two time WWE Divas Champion, including a reign of 301 days, Nikki has definitely made her mark in the WWE. In fact, in 2015, she was even ranked as the #1 female by Pro Wrestling Illustrated. Yet, you better believe that the WWE is well aware of just how gorgeous Nikki is and it also doesn’t hurt that she gets to come to the ring with her twin sister. Nikki’s looks were also enough to help woo the affections of fellow wrestlers Dolph Ziggler, as well as John Cena.
11. Stacy Keibler
Do you think Stacy Keibler is attractive? Well, George Clooney sure as hell did and that’s one hell of an endorsement. The two dated for a while and it is easy to see why. Stacy is not only beautiful, but incredibly talented. Outside of the ring, she has appeared on several shows, including Dancing With The Stars, where she earned the nickname “The Weapon of Mass Seduction,” a credit to her long legs. Stacy has also tried her hand at television acting, including appearing in the 100th episode of How I Met Your Mother. In the ring, she was known less for her wrestling ability and more for her role as a manager.
10. Candice Michelle
Candice Michelle only spent five years with the company, but that doesn’t mean she didn’t make an impact. She entered the company through the WWE Diva Search, so they at least knew she was attractive, but her wrestling left something to be desired. To her credit, she managed to win the Women’s Championship in 2007, but her reign was anything but memorable. Yet there was also no doubt that Candice was not afraid to use her body to try and captivate the audience’s attention, while also distracting the opposition. Clearly she also captured the eyes of Hugh Hefner, as she appeared in the April 2006 edition of Playboy.
9. Alicia Fox
While there are some legends on this list that were well deserving of their spot, you aren’t going to be able to complete this list without also looking at some of the current talent in WWE. Alicia Fox made her debut in 2008, but her most prominent time in the WWE came when she teamed up with The Bella Twins; forming ‘Team Bella.’ Fox is also a one-time WWE Divas Champion, which she held for 56 days. While she may not be as effective in the ring, there is no doubt that she would be able to help distract others as an effective manager.
In her personal life, she had a relationship with Wade Barrett, but the two are no longer together.
8. Sasha Banks
If you want to look at some of the faces that are helping legitimize women’s wrestling, Sasha Banks needs to be among them. Luckily for wrestling fans, it’s not a hard face to look at. She’s not only accomplished in the ring, helping put on an outstanding match at the latest WrestleMania, but also not afraid to cut loose on the mic. Sasha has appeared in several photoshoots during her time in the WWE, but perhaps the one most representative of her work ethic is the one above. Sasha may be faking a workout with those boxing gloves in order to get that ‘sweaty glow,’ but there is no doubt that she has worked incredibly hard to get to the place she has in life.
7. Eva Marie
Eva Marie may not be the most impactful person in the ring, but she is without a doubt one of the most talented models in the company. Whether you love her red hair, or the darker shade she’s also modelled with, you can see why she was a strong candidate to appear on the reality show Total Divas. While she has yet to make a run for the championship, here is hoping she’ll be able to continue working on her in-ring ability in the near future.
When your Father is Ric Flair, the pressure may be on just a little bit to make something of yourself in the wrestling ring. Luckily for Charlotte, her time in the ring is coming as the WWE Divas are now be considered Superstars; and for good reason. Charlotte continues to improve in the ring and is the current WWE Women’s Champion. Outside of the ring, Charlotte towers over most of her opposition at a height of 5’10”. Just imagine how tall she would look with heels?
5. Becky Lynch
It doesn’t take long to realize that Becky Lynch is Irish. Born in Dublin, Lynch made her mark in the WWE after a long road of training and working around Europe. Yet what you may not realize is that Lynch was almost done with wrestling back in 2006. During a match, she received a head injury that led to possible damage to her eighth cranial nerve. The damage was significant enough that she stopped wrestling for several years, but eventually signed with the WWE in 2013. Fans are glad she did, as the ravishing redhead continues to grow as a wrestler.
4. Torrie Wilson
The most impressive thing on Torrie Wilson’s resume when she got signed by the WCW was that she had won the Miss Galaxy competition in 1999. I suppose when you are considered the sexiest woman in the universe, you should try and enter the wrestling world. Wilson may not have made her mark in the ring, especially in comparison to others on this list, but like Candice Michelle, her beauty helped captivate Hugh Hefner and she posed for Playboy twice. Her career, which lasted from 1999 to 2008, was also one of the longest of any female on the list.
3. AJ Lee
AJ Lee is incredibly talented in the ring, having won Pro Wrestling Illustrated: Woman of the Year three straight years. Yet she retired from wrestling in 2015 and probably isn’t on her way back. AJ is married to CM Punk, who had a very public falling-out with the WWE. It’s hard to see her going back on her husband and returning to their former employer. Too bad for WWE fans because not only was AJ talented, but she had a unique style of fashion that always seemed to push for individuality.
The WWE clearly bought into Paige, having her win the Divas Championship in her first ever match on RAW. On top of that, she was only 21 years old. Now at 23, Paige is continuing to grow in confidence in the ring. While she has had to take some time away after a concussion suffered at the hands of Charlotte, there is no doubting that if she comes back strong; she’ll be a huge force in the revamped women’s division. With her dark hair and tough-girl edge, she also helps standout from the look of a typical Diva.
1. Trish Stratus
Are you feeling Strastified yet? One thing you may not know about your dear writer is that I am, in fact, Canadian. Born in Vancouver, I had a strong affiliation with any Canadian wrestler and the Ontario-born Trish Stratus was no exception. There’s no doubt that the WWE realized her sex appeal, often placing her in sexually themed situations or storylines. Yet to her credit, Stratus was also improving as a wrestler and was even made the WWE Hardcore Champion. Trish was rightfully inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2013.
