WrestleMania season is always fun, and it certainly gets people talking and predicting. The two-night event was enjoyable, bringing out the best of sports entertainment and professional wrestling. However, the focus now shifts towards the rest of the year, and what WWE will be looking to do moving forwards.

There are a lot of exciting options for the company, particularly with such a loaded roster. Some choices WWE have to make are absolutely obvious. However, some bolder calls may end up happening which could be slightly more surprising and out of the left field, and that is always what brings the most fun to the product.

10 Roman Reigns Is Still Champion At WrestleMania 39

Roman Reigns is a Unified Champion

Roman Reigns has dominated WWE for over 500 days as champion. However, he could end up still holding onto that title when the company rolls into Los Angeles for WrestleMania 39. Considering how over he is, and the fact that the act is still working, it wouldn't be a surprise to see.

This would be the best way to set up a potential match with The Rock, which is the biggest match that the company has available to them, if they can convince the People's Champion to return.

9 WWE Splits The Unification

Roman Reigns wins at WrestleMania

Right now, Roman Reigns is holding both the WWE and Universal Championship, and while he could be champion still this time next year, he won't have both. WWE has unified its World Titles in the past, but it is not something that the company ever sticks to in the long term.

That is going to be the case again, because with two shows on different networks, WWE will want to have another title they can promote. The two mid-card titles are not something anybody cares about, and that is why people can expect Roman to drop one of the belts along the way.

8 Ronda Rousey Steps Into Hell

Ronda Rousey hits Piper's Pit on Charlotte Flair

The storyline between Ronda Rousey and Charlotte Flair is set to continue. However, a bold decision that WWE may end up making is having her compete inside Hell in a Cell. That is something she has never done before, and some fans might not expect her to ever do.

However, Ronda is committed to WWE, and everything that comes with it. Because of that, and the fact that the Hell in a Cell PPV isn't too far away, that could be the spot where this rivalry draws to a close, and she captures the title.

7 Brock Lesnar Is Gone Until Summer

Right now, Brock Lesnar is one of the most exciting wrestlers on the roster, and he is someone that audiences love. Because of that, Vince McMahon might want to keep him around. However, that might not end up happening, and the Beast could end up going away until the summer.

He's never a full-time guy, and because of that, it isn't a surprise when he ends up leaving for a long period. This would serve a purpose in terms of keeping him fresh as well, which wouldn't be the worst thing in the world.

6 Pat McAfee Becomes A Wrestler

Pat-McAfee-WM38

Pat McAfee has always dreamed of becoming a professional wrestler, and because of that, audiences could potentially see that in the future. He's a solid in-ring worker who would only improve with repetition, and the fact that he got such a huge reaction from the fans is something that Vince McMahon will no doubt have seen.

Being able to tap into that, turning him into a wrestler is therefore something that the WWE Chairman might end up considering. McAfee is a popular guy, and having star power on the active roster is never a bad thing for WWE.

5 Rhea Ripley Takes The Title From Bianca Belair

Bianca Belair Rhea Ripley

Ever since Rhea Ripely and Bianca Belair were both involved in the Royal Rumble finish in 2021, they have seemed to be on a path destined to work together for a long time. WWE has hinted at it, but hasn't fully committed to having them feud again, which is why this is now fresh.

The company could easily end up tapping into that, by having Rhea be the one to take the Raw Women's Championship from the EST of WWE. It might not happen anytime soon, but she would be a great choice to take this moment.

4 Riddle Turns On Randy Orton

Riddle Celebrating

Right now, RK-Bro are still dominating the tag team division, proving to be a popular act. But at some stage in the future there will come a time when WWE decides to commit to them splitting. When it does happen, everyone is under the assumption that Randy Orton will pull the trigger.

But that isn't necessarily the case. Having Riddle turn heel would be something fresh and unpredictable, which would be a lot more exciting for the fans. It's clear he has got a bright future, and truly pushing him into that would be excellent.

3 Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn Become Tag Team Champions

Kevin Owens Sami Zayn

Someone would have to move brands in order to make this happen, but WrestleMania 38 proved WWE loves both of these men. They were given huge spots, but also a lot of pressure given their opponents, with Johnny Knoxville having no experience and Steve Austin being an older talent.

They both came out on top, showcasing real quality, after they injected tons of personality into everything that they did. Being able to continue that as a tag team who become champions is something that a lot of people would enjoy.

2 Bron Breakker Debuts

One of the most surprising results of the weekend was the fact that Bron Breakker failed to recapture his NXT Championship. It kept Dolph Ziggler in NXT, and brought a lot of questions about Bron's future. While staying in NXT 2.0 a little longer could be beneficial, WWE might end up bringing him to the main roster.

Vince McMahon is likely to be a fan of his size, power, and charisma, and that could lead to him becoming a main roster star quicker than most people expect. It would be a bold call for WWE to make, but it's something that they may end up doing.

1 Steve Austin Wrestles Again

Steve Austin stuns Kevin Owens

Seeing Steve Austin back in the ring was a brilliant moment, and something that a lot of fans were excited about. The reaction that he got, the fact he looked good could have Vince McMahon thinking about what he could bring to the table moving forwards. The fact that Austin appeared to have a lot of fun also helps this situation.

Because of that, there is a chance that the Texas Rattlesnake ends up wrestling again. WWE loves bringing big legends to their Saudi Arabia shows, and seeing Austin compete in the next one is something that could end up happening.
