The amount of wrestlers joining the WWE is growing at an almost exponential rate. Various promotions such as Ohio Valley Wrestling and the former Florida Championship Wrestling once served as feeders to the WWE and produced many of the top talent that is on the WWE roster today. Florida Championship Wrestling morphed into NXT and the WWE is now being fed wrestlers through this promotion.

The WWE has over 220 individuals under contract. Triple H is the Executive Vice President of Talent who plays a huge role in the recruiting process of the WWE and is heavily involved in scouting new talent. He has been scouting talent in Saudi Arabia as of late and has been scouting talent from India and China over the past few years. He has even proposed that NXT, a feeder system to the WWE, have its own feeder system to feed talent to the NXT.

Triple H states that the reason behind the feeder system for NXT is to facilitate the 220 wrestlers that are coming in from all over the world. Triple H has even revealed the possibility of the WWE having a brand located in Saudi Arabia in the near future. He has announced that there are even more plans for the NXT brand with the WWE's plan for global expansion.

Their global expansion plans go even further as to ad local promotions to those globally expanded wrestling territories. Those local promotions would work to feed these international NXT brands. This idea of a global expansion along with territories was proposed years ago but never came to fruition. The decision for the global territory was canned at the time but is now seemingly staring to materialize.

The WWE has more wrestlers now than ever before on their roster. NXT serves as a stepping stone promotion for the WWE but has become a huge brand in itself. NXT even has several pay-per-view events every year like its big brother WWE. The WWE is so expansive that they have to have a RAW and Smackdown brands and eventually had to expand to 205 Live to facilitate the cruiserweight wrestlers. I would not be surprised if the WWE creates a program just for the women wrestlers on their roster. Imagine having an Intercontinental title and tag team titles for the female wrestlers. This could someday become a reality.
