Update On John Cena's Plans After WrestleMania 33

John Cena's 16th reign as WWE Champion ended on Sunday after only two weeks and it made him so sad he needs to take time off. Just kidding...

It is true that Cena isn't being advertised for any post WrestleMania events and Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio is saying that Cena will be taking a hiatus from the WWE after the company's biggest show of the year. However, the reason for the time off is that Cena has plans to film the movie The Pact.

The film also stars Leslie Mann and Ike Barinholtz and according to Variety, "The film follows three parents who, upon discovering that their daughters have made a pact to lose their virginities on prom night, go out and try and stop them before it’s too late."

The movie is scheduled to be release on April 20th, 2018.
