Whether Vince McMahon wants to admit it or not, AEW is a huge success and here to stay. The rival wrestling company will continue to light a fire under the WWE for the foreseeable future. With so many talented wrestlers contracted to AEW, it's easy to wonder what Mr. McMahon would be able to do with them.

AEW definitely has some competitors that would get the McMahon seal of approval, but there are also many featured talent that WWE's boss man simply wouldn't care for. Which AEW wrestler would Vince McMahon turn into a star, and who would he treat like a jobber?

10 STAR: Britt Baker

What a transformation! From a completely bland and forgettable babyface to a charismatic and devious heel, Britt Baker has proven that some wrestlers are just better as baddies.

The Doctor has the look, charisma and mic skills Vince McMahon looks for in a superstar. She's also hilarious and would make the most of the material she'd be given. While McMahon probably wouldn't have done much with her as a babyface, it's a completely different story when it comes to her portrayal of a heel.

9 JOBBER: Orange Cassidy

A Santino Marella-type of character; that is the absolute ceiling Orange Cassidy would have in WWE. Mr. McMahon loves his comedy wrestlers, but it's unclear if he'd "get" Freshly Squeezed, let alone push him.

OC would more than likely have a welcomed spot on the WWE roster, but nowhere near the main event. There's no way Orange gains the popularity he has in AEW with Vince McMahon as his boss.

8 STAR: Rey Fenix

How many times have we heard about Vince McMahon wanting to find the next Latin American star? After many failures, including the likes of Sin Cara and Alberto Del Rio, Vince is still looking for his "next" Rey Mysterio and Eddie Guerrero.

It wouldn't take him long to realize just how tremendous Rey Fenix is in the ring, and how he's must-see every time he's on TV. His English is far from perfect, but he's more than capable of cutting a promo. Vince would do big things with this Lucha Bro.

7 JOBBER: Darby Allin

Some people may doubt this entry, comparing one wrestling "enigma" to another: if Jeff Hardy could make it in the WWE with his daredevil, never-say-die attitude and lacking promo skills, surely Darby Allin could as well? But not at 5'8'' and 180 lbs.

Jeff Hardy, not really known for his size, would look huge next to Allin at 6'2''. While Darby would undeniably get crowd support with his natural charisma, it means very little when Vince wouldn't be able to take him seriously.

6 STAR: Wardlow

Muscular. Handsome. Powerful. Athletic. It's genuinely a surprise WWE scouts didn't get to Wardlow before AEW did because he checks off most if not all things Vince McMahon wants in a superstar (we'll have to see what his mic skills are like once he's free from MJF).

Wardlow looks like he was created in a WWE laboratory and was simply stolen by The Elite when Vince and Triple H weren't looking. He's got massive potential; don't be surprised to see Wardlow as a future AEW World Champion.

5 JOBBER: The Young Bucks

Let's evaluate all the arguments against The Young Bucks succeeding in WWE, because there are plenty. First of all, they're a tag team, and all fans know Vince McMahon does not care all that much about his tag team division. They're also indie darlings who made their name outside of WWE, looking like a Rockers ripoff.

As if that wasn't enough, they don't have the larger-than-life qualities Vince covets, as in they don't have the size or the mic skills. It just wouldn't work and The Young Bucks know it.

4 STAR: Lance Archer

Lance Archer had a short stint in the WWE back in 2010. He failed to make an impact, though he was given very little to work with. Fast-forward 10 years, and the Murderhawk was entertaining multiple contract offers, including from the WWE.

Archer honed his craft during his time in NJPW and turned himself into a bonafide monster. With his tremendous work ethic, massive size and unique look, you know Vince would love to have had Archer on his team.

3 JOBBER: Adam Page

Alright, "jobber" may be too strong of a word for a hypothetical Adam Page run in WWE, but there's no way Vince would book Hangman as a star. He would most likely become just another guy stuck in midcard hell.

It's easy to envision Page participating in endless, boring feuds with the likes of King Corbin, Dolph Ziggler and Bobby Roode. He'd be lucky if there was an IC or US title involved.

2 STAR: MJF

If The Miz can main event a WrestleMania and get his own television show, then nothing would stop Vince from making a star out of a 24-year-old MJF, who hasn't even yet scratched the surface of his full potential.

Mic skills? Practically flawless. In-ring ability? Great, and constantly improving. The ability to get a reaction out of the crowd? There's no one close to MJF's level. That's all dollar signs in Vince's eyes.

1 JOBBER: Ricky Starks

ricky starks making his aew entrance

Ricky Starks is dynamite on the mic and is great in the ring, but his overall presentation and size would leave a lot to be desired in Vince McMahon's land. He looks like an indie guy, someone the WWE would bring in for Nia Jax to beat up.

This is not a knock on Starks' look or abilities, it just has to be stated that Vince probably wouldn't give much thought to poor Ricky, likely saddling him with a terrible gimmick.
