Oh, what a time to be a WWE fan. After the recent announcement that John Cena will be making his long awaited return on the May 30th, Memorial Day edition of RAW, he could be bringing a few friends with him.
The chairman himself, Vince McMahon, spoke Tuesday morning during WWE’s 2016 First Quarter Earnings conference call, and boy, did he have some big news to announce;
"Creative talent, in terms of our status there, we've had a lot of injuries, even coming into WrestleMania. We made some pretty good chicken salad out of that. Coming in the next 30 days many of our stalwarts are coming back into the fold. There are approximately 17 that have been injured that are coming back including Randy Orton, Seth Rollins, Bray Wyatt, John Cena and so many others."
Yes, you read that right: John Cena, Seth Rollins, Randy Orton and Bray Wyatt will all be making their returns to Monday night RAW within the next 30 days.
Although this is possibly the biggest news we've learned recently, it sort of takes away from the awesome surprise the fans could have gotten if they hadn't announced the return time frame.
Regardless, there's excitement in the air and plenty of possibilities.
Be ready, WWE fans.
