Before Shinsuke Nakamura became the hottest Japanese wrestler in the WWE, there was Hideo Itami. Itami signed with WWE in 2014 and became one of the more popular acts in NXT, even competing at WrestleMania 31 in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal. Sadly, shortly after, Itami suffered a terrible shoulder injury and has been out of action for over a year.
Well, it look like NXT will shortly have two of the top Japanese wrestlers on the planet as the former KENTA is set to return in the next month, according to DailyWrestlingNews.com. This is great news for NXT, as they're likely to lose some Superstars to the main roster in the coming months due to the Brand Split.
