Ric Flair has been around the wrestling business for a long time and he has met tons of people but he said, on a recent WOOOOOO! Nation podcast episode, that the 2 nicest people in wrestling are Ricky Steamboat and Sting:

"The two nicest guys in the history of the business, I’ve been in it a long time, are Sting and Ricky Steamboat. Just the two best, and I don’t budge on that statement. There are two people you think are too nice to be in this business, because it is insensitive."
