With SmackDown going live Tuesday nights starting July 19th and the return of the brand split, it was only a matter of time before the WWE would decide to shake things up at commentary.
Thankfully it looks like the awesome Mauro Ranallo will keep his play by play calling, but he will be joined by a fresh face that's currently announcing on NXT.
Corey Graves hinted on Twitter that he would be joining Ranallo, looking to provide some of his charisma and "genius" on a grander stage.
One of these days Mauro, you'll realize that I'm a genius....How does Tuesday sound? https://t.co/HVQDT1WTEv— Corey Graves (@WWEGraves) May 27, 2016
If he does indeed make the transition, Raw's announce team will once again be inferior to the talented SmackDown team. In the wise words of Kevin Owens: "SHUT UP COLE, I CAN HEAR YOU FROM HERE!"
