On Monday, WWE announced that Batista and members of the New World Order stable will be in inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2020.

Now, there were actually 62 different superstars who were aligned with the nWo at some point. The vast majority of main event stars on the WCW roster had joined the villainous stable, and it was practically impossible to keep track of how many members they had.

Well, only "Hollywood" Hulk Hogan, Scott Hall, Kevin Nash - the three original and primary members - and Sean Waltman will be inducted for the 2020 class as part of the nWo.

Some may be wondering why Big Show isn't joining the nWo in the Hall of Fame, because he was a key member during his time in WCW, where he went by "The Giant." Not only that, but the 47-year-old wrestling legend is overdue for a Hall of Fame induction.

The reason for not having Big Show join the nWo is simple. Bryan Alvarez of Wrestling Observer Live (h/t Ringside News), is reporting that WWE likely prefers to induct Big Show into the Hall of Fame as a singles competitor before he joins the Hall as the member of a stable.

It was also noted that because he went by The Giant in WCW, it would be perplexing to induct that character before Big Show. So it makes sense for WWE to simply wait another day to give the World's Largest Athlete his own honor another day.

Big Show hasn't appeared on television much over the past three years, and he was mainly used to help put Braun Strowman over during the latter's massive singles push. Whether or not Big Show wrestles again remains to be seen, but you know the Hall will call his name in the very near future.

Big Show's Resume Speaks For Itself

There is no denying that Big Show more than deserves a spot in the Hall of Fame. He spent over a decade as a top main event star in WWE, winning seven World Championships and eight Tag Team titles. Big Show is a Triple Crown and Grand Slam Champion, and his programs with other major stars like John Cena, Randy Orton, Kurt Angle and Daniel Bryan can't be forgotten. Add it all up, and Big Show is an easy choice for the Hall of Fame.
