WrestleMania 34 is quickly approaching and it is going to be one of the most anticipated shows in WWE history. It seems that the momentum of WrestleMania grows every single year with interest being stronger than ever. WWE has been planning matches and storylines for the big show since WrestleMania 33 earlier this year. Some of their plans are still in motion as they have never steered away from it. Other matches hoped to take place on WrestleMania 34 has since been canceled due to variables changing plans. We will try to forecast the entire card for the show coming in early April.

The WWE Network replacing PPV providers has given WWE more control over the show length. WrestleMania now features a 2 hour pre-show with matches taking place in front of the massive crowd. The live PPV goes 4-5 hours making it the longest show of the year. This gives opportunities to many wrestlers in the company that work hard all year to earn a spot on the show. We believe there will be fifteen matches on the show next year. Every match will be guessed based off rumors, speculation and educated guesses. WrestleMania 34’s entire card will be projected here.

15. Enzo Amore vs. Hideo Itami (Cruiserweight Championship)

via inquisitr.com/blogspot.com

The Cruiserweight Division is still a project in the works as WWE tries to establish it as an exciting brand. Enzo Amore joining the Cruiserweights added a popular main roster performer to the division of relatively unknown wrestlers. Vince McMahon is reportedly the one booking 205 Live and all of the storylines in the Cruiserweight Division right now. This means Enzo will be in the title picture for a long time.

NXT star Hideo Itami is expected to get called up to the division at some point soon. Itami is a rare instance of a highly respected NXT star being considered to wrestle the Cruiserweights. WWE has to have big plans for him to be in the division. Itami versus Amore is the most likely match to take place at WrestleMania 34 for the Cruiserweight Championship with a good moment of Hideo winning the title on the biggest stage.

14. Andre The Giant Memorial Winner: Big Show

via youtube.com

The Andre the Giant Battle Royal is a great idea to get everyone on the show. Unfortunately, the match was quite disappointing this year due to Mojo Rawley winning. Rawley is barely on television these days as an afterthought in the Tag Team Division with partner Zack Ryder. WWE needs to find a way to add a memorable moment for the winner next year.

Big Show is rumored to retire in 2018 making WrestleMania 34 the final WrestleMania event of his career. Despite already winning the match once, Big Show is the best option to have the moment of winning the battle royal. The visual of Big Show celebrating his final WrestleMania moment standing next to the statue of Andre would be the most fitting way for the legend to go out.

13. Bobby Roode vs. Jinder Mahal (United States Championship)

via sportskeeda.com/pinterest.com

The United States Championship is currently on Baron Corbin, but his title reign has little to no momentum. Corbin is not going to have a long title reign unless something changes. Bobby Roode and Jinder Mahal are two better choices for the title. Roode is still shortly into his main roster career after coming up from NXT and is beloved for his entrance.

Mahal recently losing the WWE Championship before a big PPV and the India live events not doing well in ticket sales likely spell the ending of his main event run. WWE still invested so much time in Jinder. The heel act insulting Americans would continue in the United States Championship picture. Roode and Mahal having a United States Championship match at WrestleMania 34 give them both the chance to have a good program on the biggest show of the year.

12. Sheamus and Cesaro vs. Bray Wyatt and Braun Strowman (Raw Tag Team Championship)

via wwe.com/whatculture.com

There are not many tag teams thriving on the Raw brand right now. Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows are a comedy tag team. The Revival has yet to get any momentum due to injuries to both partners slowing them down. Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins are great together but don’t appear to be a long term plan for the tag team title picture. Jeff Hardy is expected to be out until May 2018.

Cesaro and Sheamus are the only fixtures in the tag division as the current Raw Tag Team Champions. No team currently on the roster presents a viable threat as a credible team. Luckily, WrestleMania is a night when WWE scrambles to find a plan for all relevant performers. Bray Wyatt and Braun Strowman both will be in need of direction with so few slots available. Their past history could tie them together for a short term tag team before feuding with each other down the road.

11. Baron Corbin vs. Randy Orton

via pinterest.com

Randy Orton is in a weird spot on the WWE roster right now. There’s no doubt he is one of the most successful wrestlers in WWE history, but fans don’t really view him as a legend or attraction. Orton just doesn’t possess the same star power of John Cena, Brock Lesnar or Triple H. That will place him in another lackluster WrestleMania match similar to prior years.

Baron Corbin is still someone WWE wants to become a future main event star despite his punishment of losing the Money in the Bank briefcase title shot this year. It makes perfect sense that they will work together on WrestleMania 34 as neither man has anything obvious, but the company will want them on the main card. A formerly rumored match between Orton and Corbin was canceled earlier this year as WWE believes it can be saved for a bigger PPV.

10. Alexa Bliss vs. Asuka (Raw Women’s Championship)

via wwe.com/ewrestlingnews.com

The Raw Women’s Division could create a combination of many interesting title matches. Alexa Bliss has been a dominant Raw Women’s Champion for the majority of her time on the brand destroying Sasha Banks, Bayley and Mickie James. As talented as Bliss is, WWE has gone well out of their way to make her a dominant champion. That has to be for the reason of setting up the right challenger to dethrone.

Asuka is only a month into her main roster career, but the undefeated streak has been protected from her days in NXT. WrestleMania 34 is likely going to feature the most dominant heel champion defending against the undefeated face. Bliss and Asuka could put together a special match that adds a lot of excitement to the Raw Women’s Championship.

9. Carmella vs. Naomi vs. Natalya vs. Tamina (Smackdown Women’s Championship)

via pinterest.com

The set-up of the SmackDown Women’s Division will likely give us another multi-women match between the ladies on the show. Carmella is rumored to cash in her Money in the Bank title shot to win the SmackDown Women’s Championship before WrestleMania 34. We are most likely going to see Carmella enter the show holding the title and defending it against the other women on the roster.

SmackDown often presents the ladies as all being comparable meaning it would be a tough decision to go with a singles match. All of the women in this match have been presented as credible wrestlers. Lana could add another element to the match or just work as the manager of Tamina like she is currently doing. The SmackDown Women’s Division is bound for another multi-women match.

8. Finn Balor vs. The Miz (Intercontinental Championship)

via sportskeeda.com

Raw’s Universal Championship picture being dominated by a year-long plan has ruined the chances of Finn Balor getting his rematch. Balor has never been able to challenge for the title he never lost after being stripped due to injury. WWE will have to find a singles program for Balor to ensure he gets focused at WrestleMania 34, likely with the Demon face paint.

The Miz has stepped up big time as a top heel on Raw making the Intercontinental Championship a valued prize. Balor and Miz feuding over the Intercontinental Championship is rumored to take place at some point, and WrestleMania is the likely place. Between the heel work of Miz and the fan support for Balor, it could potentially steal the show. Miz may have set the record as the longest tenured IC Champion by WrestleMania which adds another dynamic to the match.

7. Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn vs. New Day vs. The Usos: Ladder Match (Smackdown Tag Team Championship)

via f4wonline.com/thecomeback.com

WWE loves to add a Ladder Match to round out WrestleMania cards. The spectacle of the Ladder Match adds a surefire great match that will have fans talking about the show. WrestleMania 33 featured the return of the Hardys in a Raw tag team Ladder Match. SmackDown has passed Raw when it comes to having the better Tag Team Division at this point.

New Day and The Usos just finished a classic series of matches that stole almost every show they wrestled on. Both Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens are going to need a major match on WrestleMania given the credibility of Owens and the heel turn of Zayn. WrestleMania 34 could see them improve the star power involved in a tag title match. Three credible tag teams competing in a Ladder Match for the SmackDown Tag Team Championship would be the best thing for tag team wrestling in WWE.

6. Four Horsewomen vs. Four Horsewomen

via diva-dirt.com

One match that has been rumored for months would see former UFC Superstar Ronda Rousey make her professional wrestling debut. Rousey, Marina Shafir, Shayna Baszler and Jessamyn Duke go by the nickname of the “Four Horsewomen” due to their friendship going back to their early days in UFC. All four ladies have passions for WWE. Baszler is already working for the company and Rousey is someone WWE has always wanted to work with.

Factor in WWE’s own Four Horsewomen of Charlotte Flair, Sasha Banks, Becky Lynch and Bayley. There have been a few teases of the two factions interacting with each in the form of hostility. WWE placed one of the videos on their YouTube channel to create interest in the match. Many wrestling reporters have stated this match is already penciled in. Rousey is training to make her WWE debut at WrestleMania 34 in the faction warfare match.

5. Seth Rollins vs. Dean Ambrose

via pinterest.com

The reunion between Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose has only benefited both men during the second half of 2017. Ambrose was struggling badly falling way behind his two former Shield brothers. The tag team with Rollins reminded fans how much they used to enjoy Ambrose. Rollins was also in limbo since he was not going to get a Universal Championship title shot any time soon.

As good as Rollins and Ambrose are together, they are definitely both viewed as singles stars in the short and long term. Ambrose is rumored to be the one that will turn on Rollins this time around to end their partnership. Before WWE, Ambrose was considered an elite heel on the independent circuit and Rollins was a top face. We saw the opposite in the first end of the team when Rollins turned. This time around we’ll get to see a villain Ambrose against a face Rollins at WrestleMania 34.

4. Kurt Angle vs. Triple H

via skysports.com

The intense stare down between Kurt Angle and Triple H on a recent episode of Raw was done to help set up their match at WrestleMania 34. Triple H replacing Kurt’s kayfabe son Jason Jordan on the Raw Survivor Series team was harsh enough, but he hit Jordan with a Pedigree right in front of Angle. We have already seen the tension start between Angle and Stephanie McMahon when it comes to running Raw.

The rumored plans for an Angle/Triple H have now been put into motion. Unless something drastic changes, we will see the two legends face off in an attraction match at WrestleMania 34. Angle and Triple H have a history going all the way back to 2000 when the two feuded over Stephanie in a love triangle. Fast forward 18 years later and all three will be working together on the biggest stage in a huge match.

3. John Cena vs. Samoa Joe

via deviantart.net

One of the biggest mysteries heading into WrestleMania 34 is trying to figure out who John Cena will wrestle. Cena is a part-timer these days and that only makes his big matches more important than ever. The prior rumor was that Cena would challenge Jinder Mahal for the WWE Championship at WrestleMania. However, Mahal losing the title and Cena being removed from a referee role in Jinder’s match at Survivor Series ended those rumors.

The most fitting opponent for Cena right now on the big stage is Samoa Joe. Cena and Joe are slated to face off on Cena’s only live event date at Madison Square Garden. This rare match could be a case of WWE giving them the chance to work together before a big PPV match down the road. Joe and Cena have history training together before both men would become forces in the industry. This dream match has a great chance to take place at WrestleMania 34.

2. A.J. Styles vs. Shinsuke Nakamura (WWE Championship)

via narvii.com

The title plans for the WWE Championship has completely changed following the shocking match of A.J. Styles defeating Jinder Mahal to win it. Styles is clearly the face of Smackdown and the most popular wrestler on the brand at this point. It would be a decent bet to have Styles heading into WrestleMania 34 as the WWE Champion.

Shinsuke Nakamura has the best chance to face him in a singles match for the title. Styles has revealed his pitches to Vince McMahon to save a singles match between the two for a WrestleMania attraction. Both guys worked together in Japan but only faced off once in a classic match. A.J. wants to face Shinsuke in a huge match at WrestleMania. Considering the match has been saved so far, Vince seems to be buying into Styles’ thought process. The incredible WWE Championship match between Styles and Nakamura seems likely for WrestleMania 34.

1. Roman Reigns vs. Brock Lesnar (Universal Championship)

via inquisitr.com

Vince McMahon has remained adamant since WrestleMania 33 that he wants Roman Reigns to face Brock Lesnar in the main event of WrestleMania 34. Lesnar has held the Universal Championship since defeating Goldberg with no plans to lose it before the big show next year. Reigns has yet to get a singles title shot as it has been elaborately saved.

The vision of McMahon would have Reigns dethrone Lesnar to have yet another shining moment to close a WrestleMania. Both men faced off at WrestleMania 31 without a winner when Seth Rollins cashed in. WWE has saved this singles match until now as it will main event WrestleMania 34. Another title reign of Roman will start as he is further confirmed to be “the guy” when defeating Lesnar for the Universal Championship in New Orleans.
